First trial on 100 patients was a success. The second trial delineated where it should be prescribed for use back in April and that being patients on oxygen with breathless symptoms and that should be prescribed to those who do not have a marked reduced lung capacity. Knowing when to treat patients is immensely valuable to a prescribing clinician.

Instead the MHRA helped guide what they needed from a phase 3 trial and this reduced the numbers of patients required for the study and accelerated the process. Officials last year were more interested in vaccines and the delta variant and further mutations arrived later.

And there were lots of side effects so bad that several patients abandoned the trial- Where is the evidence to support this comment as I found none anywhere with respect to the administration method used by the Synairgen treatment.
Interferon is very time critical in its administration and patient specific - that is why a stage 3 trial was done so that the specification for prescribing is well understood and its application in the covid-19 therapy tool kit is well understood.

Its not tagged to gold price. In a month gold down $60 per ounce. Polymetal AISC declines $100 per ounce in H2. The company had unsold gold and silver in H1. Total sales in H2 are likely to be 50% higher than H1. In one month Polymetal declines 250p say or 1/6 of its value 16.67%. The profit per ounce declined by 7.2% (despite 50% more to sell). The current Polymetal price equates to around $1570 gold price. 16% drop from 1800 gold is 1650 and the 1/3 increase in production drops it another $225 per ounce. The increased debt to repay does add 10% back again and takes us to $1570 gold and yet its at 1740. Polymetal should be at 1395.

Establishing a trading range with 81p support and 86p hit this morning as resistance.

I have the company earning 60% of its revenue for 155p annul earnings per share at an average gold price of $1600 an ounce in H2 (Probably was $1790 for all of Q3 so gold would need to hit $1410 in Q4). On this basis the company trades at 8.3PE rate. The impact for debt repayment is $140M by end of 2021 at the average $1600 H2 per ounce. At $1700 average debt pay back is at least $230M. The company returns back to its previous debt level next year and still provides a very high dividend of at least 65p per share annually or minimum 4.2% yield on a 1550 average share price (currently 5% on 1285). A lot of 2022 costs have been brought forward into 2021.

Overbought indicators on hourly, 5 hourly and daily charts have now all expired. Oversold emerging on hourly. Getting ready to move back up.

First support at 8.88p and second support line at 8.71p. The chart is actually stronger as a result. Resistance also higher at 9.2p and 9.35p.

After reading through the geology, I suspect investing the area previously giving 10g/t in North Sukari should be checked out if meaningful quantities of tonnage could be mined and trucked (electric or hydrogen /platinum cell) down to the Sukari plant. This would supplement the Sukari underground ore grade and tonnage. Hopefully they might touch on it in the webinar.
