On the company website you will find a report dated 31 August. It discusses the target date for initiation of a $250M 5 year bond once the FEED analysis is complete. It also discusses on-going off take agreements that have been initiated and we know three are under confidentiality which is a component to main financing. It also mentions the possibility of the ATF (Automobile Transformational Fund ) may provide support by way of a grant or alternatively they may have means to assist the company by other financial means to facilitate the project. The status of benefits in operating in a Freeport with tax concessions is also being worked out. Of course the green bonds are expected to be announced as being available by the time of November COP meeting and the Bank of England is being expected to provide support to industry via those green loans. The company last placing was beginning of July and they have enough funds as they work towards the first line loan arrangements as currently scheduled. A placing of some kind is expected in the main financing that will include AWF the main share holder at 22% covering part of the placing shares which they have agreed to do but we do not know if it will be early next year or not as a lot of things need to complete first.

After the webinar, a lot more clarity of what was being done was hammered out and we had more transparency. I was expecting stability and for the share to test upper 90's and instead the enterprise value is taken back into 2020 levels before anything was done at Saltend at all. Hammering a stock with no news when the underlying commodity in the ground is increasing values makes no sense.

Above $1850 gold the ratio is 1.12 to 1.0 $1850 gold is around 1650 Polymetal.

These are derived by longer term ratios given to Polymetal against the gold price.

Kiwi, it could be a news event, but quite often it has been an RNS. To be precise the signal has to recover by 1500hrs and then it would play out the last two 5 hourly plots.

The RNS suggestion in charts. For Synairgen since that big day in July 2020 has produce a triangular pattern on several occasions. The shape is like > and share price bounces around inside that sign from the bottom stock price to the top it then drops back lower but the SP(Stock price) has a higher low and it gives a lower high when it moves up. Each move up and down coincides every 5 hours. The apex of > where it can no longer move anywhere in 5 hour time blocks is close of play tomorrow and thus suggesting a new event to break higher or lower in SP. The triangle pattern is currently broken and can only realign if it gets back to 169p to 170p.

Its beginning to look if the support line is being sold into and unless it can rally back up soon a few pennies. The chart criteria has changed and RNS predictions do go out the window for Thursday without a bounce. I will keep an eye on and we shall see what happens this afternoon. The weekly chart remains firmly geared to end of trial on 1 October. The support line on the weekly appears to be 152p and is well up on 140p previously.

Still suggesting an RNS at 7am Thursday morning. Triangle formation with a mean of 172p. Currently on lower edge of the triangle with upper level on 175p. One hour chart is on support and I could feasibly edge back up to 170-171p area.

Could not resist a bargain.

Just dropped to 12.3p. Need the sell side ideally to hold 12.5p.

Rainbow has moved strongly of late, quite common for stocks to take a break yet maintain a bullish chart. Hopefully it resumes later in the week.

The first move up in Pensana would be up to 115p just under the last placing price as news begins to filter through in the next 4 to 6 weeks.

Chart could be setting up for an RNS event on Thursday morning 16 September. All the usual caveats apply including rising support lines continue to hold.

We have an ascending support line on both one hourly and 5 hourly charts. This may slowly rise back up to 175p over the coming two days. Any spikes to fall back to ascending support at around 167p that is rising with time.

HZM is building nickel mines in Brazil and I saw this share as the front line company to get funding if the climate protection stock was going to get financed. EV cars need a lot of nickel. The RNS on HZM saw them get 33% of the finance on a good deal this morning. They expect the rest this month. It is a good omen for companies like Pensana. It would have been a disaster if HZM had failed.
