No- the stock price is behaving very much as expected. Forming higher lows and as time progresses the clinical trial gets closer to last patient recruited. Building a bull channel.

My buy price is above second support line. First one may hold, but its an even bigger range to play with at second support line.

Support lines are at 131,138 and at 144p

Resistance is at 156p.

Useful trading gap for those who like to nip in and out and play the range.

87p is the next key target and a symmetrical bottom is then in place on the chart.

I did say it was a good price to average down.

Appears to be on the move up. Follow through on a bullish chart pattern may have commenced.

Amongst morning trades. I am wondering if the buy at 14.55p was the bottom on the pull back.

So the weekly chart cup and handle delivered. Interesting to see how far this runs higher.

Expecting the bottom to go in some time next week. The complaint from Ford motor company for supporting the mining supply chain for EV cars could help this stock. Link with USA IP also helps. Some brokers are coming out in support of rare earth miners before COP26.

Lot stirring in the wind. All the gold miners by the looks of it are starting to bottom out at that same time. I wonder how many orders for buying gold are quietly going on. The not so funny joke on TV this morning was a restaurant steak for £630 in London. A basic salad with it was nearly £24.

Weekly chart favours a 135/136 or so close by Friday.

Just picked up one of my book orders at 135p.

Like it or not DP the teapot chart is holding true. I am still bullish on rainbow rare, but it was inevitable that the last run up would get overbought and a pullback was going to happen before another charge at those resistance lines. This is all normal stock trading movements, but they do give interesting patterns that help entry points. My bet is we end the day 14.5 sell and 14.75 buy.

The recovery is not a straight V shaped, a little pull back invites more buying from the order book. It helps set up a bullish recovery in the stock price over time. Most of the market is also in the pits today. Lots of electricity blackouts in China hitting production of everything over there. We could have an energy rationing type of lockdown this winter.

Scores of Chinese homes are in the dark and in just a fortnight coal reserves could run out. It’s proving to be a very dangerous problem for leader Xi Jinping.

Traffic lights were abruptly turned off in the northeastern city of Shenyang last week. Local authorities deemed it necessary “to avoid the collapse of the entire grid”.

Since then, the problem has spread, with power cuts and consumption limits imposed in several key industrial zones. Aluminium, steel, cement, wood mill, and fertiliser production have all been affected in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Yunnan, and Guangdong regions.

Those Provinces ring a bell ~ Zhejiang, Isn't that where Shenghe have their operations ? and aren't all the others where most of the HRE's mines are located.

China's whole economy is teetering on the brink of collapse and yet Xi is focusing on Taiwan instead of ensuring that his people can live thru this coming winter ! Mao all over again !!

Swindon 41 exactly as you describe. None of these things are exact science but as a bit of fun we shall see if it goes up again tomorrow. Other technical indicators as mentioned are showing most of the sellers are gone.

On the weekly chart;

One descending line as follows 162.7p 26 April, 130p 14 June and 81p 27 September Measured at weekly highs

A second descending line measured from weekly lows. take 105p 7 June and 72p 20 September. 147 is at 22 March.

The wedge closes at 59p in 3 weeks, but no wedge goes to nothing especially on weekly charts. The wedge gap is now very tight on the weekly and is less than 8p and we typically get a buy sell split of 2p. On 5th June the wedge gap was 40p or so.

Hope that helps. Other points are on those lines, but the ones I give make it easy to draw out the wedge.

If the weekly chart was going to break down it was before the TR1. In fact the buying was strong enough in the morning to keep above the weekly support line. Of course a time may arise where it is lower within week, but I suspect the order book is full of buys above 130p. Someone with L2 can check if I am right. A case of a deramper trying to get cheap Synairgen shares and I suspect the window is now closed on that discount.

Exactly 1/3 down from 9.06p after the rise from 5.87p. I wonder if we get an RNS tomorrow.
