I have been monitoring all the positions throughout the year and recording how they change. Of course many of them are nominee accounts. Bank of New York account is moving up the league table from 1 September in 19th up to 12th on 5 November.

Rising support line on daily is now at 180p. Providing this holds a steady rise is in play on a daily chart basis.

The 50,000 sells are actually buys. They are giving away the shares cheap this morning.

The top 20 holders acquired an additional 640,000 shares overall.

The second largest holder JIMs sold 675,000 shares that were bought by other share holders and were the only seller.

The largest buyer was Bank of New York with 280,000 shares added. Vidacos in 4th place added 210,000 and Pershing added a further 78,000. Shareholders under Hargreaves and Lansdown also added 200,000 shares. The only new entrant was the reappearance of Peel Hunt in 20th place.

Quite likely still buying. Why not it will be 350p in January.

all the companies on the Saltend site will have their energy sourced from Hydrogen from 2026. Contracts to deliver are being facilitated to do this. Input energy from what Pensana will need at Humber will therefore be zero for what they take generated by hydrogen along with all the other companies at the Saltend Park.

Overall looks like a neutral for the share price. Likely to be dominated by what happens to precious metal prices.

We don't know how many they excluded. What we do know is that when Synairgen were doing their home trial they only found 12% of patients were had breathless symptoms. I therefore took this number as a probability that at most 1 in 8 people had that issue. The Synairgen observation is in the right ball park as 8 out 200 people infected end up in hospital with 65% of those now fully vaccinated. Before the vaccines those numbers would be 2.5 to 3 times higher which gives 20-24 people. What we know is that Pfizer knew that being breathless suggests the virus was replicating in the lungs and they chose not to give it to those patients. We also know that Synairgen were directing their product to patients with that symptom. A pill works in the blood stream and can deal with the virus there, but can it do so in the linings of the lungs.

Just to remind folks that the home study found 12% of patients with Covid 19 at early stages of infection are breathless. So the treatment cohort could have 93 breathless patients excluded on the drug treatment side in their Pfizer drug. The placebo group excluded 54. Only a quarter of patients who are breathless stay out of hospital. So if they were all included the treated group has 76 going into hospital out of 868 people. The placebo (at 5 days) has 69 patients out of 533. Hospitalisation rate of 8.75% versus 12.94%. Pfizer gave 1% against 6.7% that exclude breathless patients.

An HIV protease inhibitor drug is a wonder when given to people who are underweight or below BMI average is a risk of 2% hospitalisation on side effects. The trial was put on Covid-19 risk groups who were more overweight which reduces the most severe adverse drug responses. If it was a normalised 775 group of people, I would estimate between 9 and 14 would be hospitalised for issues neuropathy and liver problems or worse reactions to other medications being taken.

The number of patients with virus in the lungs causing breathless symptom were removed from the trial which depresses the numbers in the treated trial more than the placebo. This is the Synairgen market in the clinical toolkit. So the trial was Pfizer market minus anything Synairgen would treat. How many people were excluded altogether is something we do not know.

Pfizer drug at 5 days infected given treatment 7 hospitalised 0.8% and none die placebo 29 6.7% hospitalised and 10 die.

Pfizer claimed nearly 90% efficacy for their vaccine so a the placebo with vaccine drops to 13 patients on today's hospital rates across all the different vaccines administered. On just the Pfizer vaccine taking the efficacy rates it would have no difference between placebo and the drug patient number results being hospitalised. The drug mirrors their vaccine data. The risk of death is result of none versus two instead of 10. The difference of 2 deaths in a population of say 1219 is not convincing above chance. What becomes interesting for Pfizer is if vaccinations are not continued as they have a drug replacement and that is where the value lies for the product. It still does not overlap Synairgen's cohort of patients.

Just so that everybody knows that the vaccinated patients arriving in UK hospitals with Covid-19 are currently 64-65% of the total intake and this pattern exists throughout the EU. The English hospitalisation numbers that are still increasing are between 1200-1250 everyday. The admission rate per 100,000 people is 8.7 = (0.0087%).

The study is garbage. It does not stop those who would usually end up in hospital.

If it delivered a 14 handle buy on this share, it could be a Christmas present to pick up more stock, especially for anyone who top sliced at 16p.
