Loads of jobs in Pensana have been appointed since May 2021 that have not impacted the chart. The only chart gap that did not get filled was in the early days of Pensana when it was in the 20-25p range. If I am wrong about it fine. Lets see what happens when USA opens. Tony

Not in any panic at all. I have Pensana shares and already succeeded on my averaging down without added risk.

82.8p to 85p. Generated without an RNS. Needs to back fill before a rally.

We could now see a situation, where up to 30 odd million shares are bought up quickly from US investors (with average daily volumes only a few hundred thousand shares)
If this is the case, it would not be strange to see a massive surge in the share price over the coming weeks.

With millions of shares changing hands your upset about my tiny holdings and moves as if they or I could manipulate anybody whatsoever and I must stress that is never my intention. Anything I put is just an opinion on how I see it. All the chart stuff was on bar chart and market screener and other similar sites which matched up with my own chart assessments.

I have revealed what I did in the ISA already. The only two facts I did not say way that the ISA is my partner account who was upset with a 140p average and I got it down under the placing price of June to have a happier wife. It still has got a minus on it and so I want the share to rally like the rest of you. I am sure many of you know the golden rule that a happy wife is a happy life.

The second omission is what I did on the non-ISA account as it was a bit more complicated. However, if folks really want to know, I will go into it later. I am sure a lot of other people on here have no interest whatsoever and hence I chose not to bore the pants off them.

GaiasKidney you raise a very serious point in your last commentary. I was curious what we should be doing. At present I am sitting on my hands.

Completely slammed with sells. Another share that I have which does not any sense on a pullback. My 4th biggest portfolio play and it looks as if it might end up being my third.

I dare say the AGM vote will be decided by Pershing, JIMS, Vidacos and the AWF so what we think as minnow holders won't make much difference.

They are assuming a hopeful price for the offering. The lower the share price the more likely a placing and rights issue could fail. The costs of doing a placing and rights issue have to be included. If anyone can work out a successful placing price it would be helpful to know.

Thanks Robbie another mystery solved. I noticed two Non Execs are nominated as Directors.

It could be FIL again. Quite possibly some rich investor in Bermuda deciding to invest in a doggie bitcoin instead. Eventually value has to attributed to all the hard work Shanta staff are hopefully doing.

I certainly do not work for Pensana! I do my own investments with my own resources and have done so for over 12 years.

Secondly financing has a due diligence process. All the things I mention help in getting finance. For example would you finance a builder on a new house if the foundation is going to sink with subsidence. Would you build a house not knowing where the sewage was going to end up.

All the things I mentioned are issues the company said it would deliver and that is what I was measuring against.

The company had finance for a mine,but it was from a Chinese source and they dropped that finance route. Pensana changed the project to develop a higher value product. Saltend has everything to do with the investment case. You and I are seeing the whole project differently. I had your perspective last year in 2020, but I see it differently and the competitive structure is changing in the market in response to what Pensana is now endeavouring to do.

Finally I was responding to somebody else on why the share went up and why it has gone back down. I related it to speculation and then delays on company deliverables. It is of course like everything else I scribe on here in that it is opinion and anybody's else view on share movements can be just as relevant.

Theorist, I hope what I wrote is a better view of where I am coming from and how I see it from where I am. Its hard to communicate things on boards like this as the vision is sometimes a complex painting which everyone sees differently.

You could ask how did we rise from 74p to 119p rather quickly and the answer is the same. Speculative volatility with the run up associated with delivery and the downturn arising as the delay has progressed. This is about FEED, hydrology engineering works in Saltend, the delayed ATF result and no information dropping on what kind of financing rate would be offered to Pensana. The last webinar promised a lot and the next one has to deliver a lot more and then promise even more and pledge stronger alignment to deadlines. The next webinar if its good would send Pensana up again. At least they have two weeks to make it good. An AGM RNS still has to emerge beforehand so we know what motions were approved etc. Tony

On several sites we have 720,000 buy gone through around 90.5p area. It is trench warfare out there today and not for widows and orphans, but a lot of shares are trading hands.
Vidacos has been adding on the retreat and JIMS were selling some at much lower volume. Some of the retail nominee shareholders were selling, but all getting mopped up by Vidacos, HSBC Global, Peel Hunt and Bank of New York who added 600,000 shares last week.
