The share price on the one month chart is nearly identical to a number of junior copper miners. The sensitivity is whether its a news day for EV cars or its not. Sometimes the news is bad as EV car makers have a go at commodity producers and sometimes its good in that the whole sector is growing and it happens to be a risk on day. HZM share moves appear to be sector plus commodity orientated. HZM is sometimes a day late or a day earlier than what is happening to the other miners but generally a number are remaining close together if they too have not printed newsworthy events.

The Company is highly engaged on a number of fronts ,several of which you have referred to, and we are aware that investors are keen to be updated on. The Board has however been clear that it wants to ensure that any announcements relating to any of the current workstreams are comprehensive and complete before releasing updates ,thereby ensuring that the market is fully informed.



We do understand that this will require some patience from shareholders ;the Board is of the view that this approach will attract and retain institutional investors of the size and quality necessary for the next stage in the Company’s development.

What we do know is the board rewarded themselves generously for whatever they achieved to date. The insiders have skin in the game and all I can say is that I hope they are working day and night as if to save the planet as they were well rewarded. We will soon be in the ISA season here in the UK, which is really important here in the UK as new retail investors currently see fat juicy oil dividends and share price growth on oil stocks, however for those who support climate protection get no dividends and their share prices are not rising and in many cases going negative in a backdrop of an inflation spike. Bloomberg has reported that finance managers have expressed their concerns to the banking masters and governments leaders that if they do not do something very soon, all that retail support and goodwill after COP, not just on ISA public monies, but all the institutional support that was heading for this sector moves over into destroying the planet instead by helping to pump out more carbon to kingdom come and that any hope of delivering climate protection policies is completely and totally trashed on a monumental international scale. There is no plan or coordinated thinking on how transition is to occur and to be managed on a large coordinated scale. What we have is a sea of incompetence promoted above its capability of sensibly following any path to manage all of this and guide investors and the public through it all. Instead we have chaos theory communicated sometimes through Latin quotes from the privileged few in via an inflation proof bunker. As long as they are okay who cares about the future or anyone else.

The fact is the vast majority of people do care and it transcends beyond just the environment as it impacts on our future freedoms and any aspirations that may we have. What we all have in common on the climate protection front is that we are all trying to make our contribution. We are trying to support the best ideas and hope they can find the best execution mechanisms on the delivery. We are hoping that real intelligent leadership emerges and that the best people find each other, that they have compatible skills and deliver the outcomes that we need to make progress.

I have written to the company and asked them to communicate more with us. Well I hope they can respond and find some time to share on a number of issues at this time. Top of the list is what it is going on at Saltend and everybody deserves the respect to hear the reasoning behind it. Half the people in Hull are probably wondering the same thing. I am sure they can't cover everything, but a 30 minute Zoom call even if it is Paul alone with someone giving our key questions and him responding with real answers like on FEED. The news should have added 2.5p and took Rainbow just shy of an upper area of resistance. It shows how rare earths are not on the horizon at present.

In the following link readers may ask why agriculture has anything to do with Pensana. Perhaps it follows on from USA being supportive towards Taiwan. Perhaps it links in with China support with Russia to stand behind them in response to NATO. Things get a bit heated when expected trade agreements break down. Existing trading relationships also get disrupted in other ways to cause inflation and perhaps what is thought to be temporary soon become apparent as not being so as somebody likes the outcomes it has perhaps inadvertently created or has played on the weakness self generated by its customer base.

For the UK especially after Brexit, we must have our own rare earth processing capability. It is of the utmost strategic importance. We need to have a source supply that is plentiful and has an output capacity to meet our own industrial and commercial customer demand. Without it we are possibly somebody else's slave. It won't be long before rare earths are added to the supply chain woes of the USA and UK and we may as well bury any effort to deliver climate protection outcomes unless action is delivered soon.
As Pensana finalises its costings, designs and all the plans, risk assessment, environmental assessments and God knows what else, somebody in the UK Government needs to wake up and supports this development with the banks and make it all happen. What is the alternative to guarantee a UK supply line of rare earth materials. I am not sure there is one unless we go back into the EU cap in hand. Perhaps the efforts here will go on a growing list of abject failure of the present government administration or just maybe someone with vision and foresight will rescue what needs to be done. Like many here I hope it is the later outcome that prevails.

Chart pattern for Monday was invalidated on the break of 191p. The chart is not giving us any hints from what I can see.

I wrote the comment as I have seen something like this before, but I can not offer any real explanations as to what goes on with the market makers and all I am doing is sharing an observation.

This may be a repeat of previous late USA selling on SYGGF. The UK is likely to increase interest rates and so the value of sterling might increase against USD and Synairgen shares are then more expensive to buy in USA. So they sell a lot the night before to depress the UK value before the USA open. The UK price comes down to 185p and the USA open price remains unchanged later this afternoon. When USA opens a decision is taken to either sell more or to buy back what they sold before at the same dollar price in their currency. This activity is disrupting any kind of chart indicators for predicting an RNS as central bank activity is affecting currencies and the entire market. I question if any of the share price move has to do with Synairgen itself. As for the reason why they do it, as a guess, it may be to cover an event of BoE not putting up rates and they have some cash to buy the stock at what is a lower price for them in USA later on today. We will find out how this plays later on.
