Medium term strategy28 May 2021 18:28
A couple of times I've mentioned being here until at least 2023 and this is why. Next year will be the first year (hopefully) of full production for the whole 12 months. Those results will come out in Apr/May 2023 and, again hopefully, show a profit of around £25-30 million depending on the price of copper. A P/E of 8-10 gives market cap of £200-£300 million depending on lower or higher figures being used. That then produces an sp of £1.80-£2.70. Clearly the share won't stay at 40p for two years and jump by a couple of quid overnight but that is my thinking. Getting out any sooner than 2023, unless a large takeover offer came on the table, would risk seriously missing the boat. I don't like looking at a paper loss any more than anyone else but that is all it is. If we hit north of £2 in the next twenty four months there will be a lot of very happy people on here. PS: I am a bit of a natural pessimist so am happy to take a bit of flak if you think my numbers are on the low side.
