On the one hand the upcoming presentation will spread the word about the assets, but it also suggests that the company feel the need to do so and that currently no firm acceptable offers for jv or sale are on the table.

If a drill is announced they will need to say how this will be funded. They can't simply talk vaguely about a jv so will need solid news on that front or the prospect of fund raising looms. I don't want to see plans gor drilling that don't include specifics of who is paying. Further, Passiton has been insistent that Baron won't drill anything.

Not sure I have said it was negative, but it hasn't lived up to the billing. Resources are lower than expected, no talk of a jv and clearly with mention of drilling included in the RNS all hope of a sale in the near future is on the back burner. Many were expecting better, albeit my posting history demonstrates that I was not in that camp. This is a 2-3 year hold unless you are a skilled trader, which I am not. We will hover around .15 to .25 unless jv news is forthcoming.

It is human nature to be disappointed when expectations have been pitched too high and the reality is different. You and others have been saying this would be a game changing RNS and it isn't. A little contrition would go a long way. I have only 1.5 million shares which I am holding because somewhere down the line there is money to be made. Clearly with 45 million or however many it is, you have every reason to remain bullish, but casting aspersions on those who warned you to tread carefully is unnecessary. Yes, there are some idiots around and Chaching is the worst of them but he can be safely ignored. Let's see what Passiton has to say later.

Reg/Vic. We were told the company were expecting/hoping for the CPR in Feb. That doesn't mean we get to hear the contents the same day. This is not sematics, companies choose their words wisely.

What wire? If CPR is done, that was all that was expected.

The last paragraph is a concern. Regulatory frameworks take eons in India so don't hold your breath. Talk of funding is fine as long as that all comes from a jv partner. This is more 'steady as she goes' than a game changer. Won't be testing .3 on the back of this but given some news releases from the company it is overall positive. Hopefully I won't be labelled as the head of some dastardly trading syndicate as a result of a feet on the comment but you never know. I did make a trade last week after all, I added.

Fish. Everybody lies at some point so writing that someone is a liar is almost always demonstrably true. If the lying is specifically tied to an action or comment it is potentially libellous depending on the veracity of the claim. To call someone a 'scumbag' may be unpleasant but is no more libellous than calling them an idiot. It is an opinion and can reasonably be passed off as such.

Jedster. I have been advising caution for weeks. That doesn't mean I think bad news is coming, just that expectations need to be tempered. As has been pointed out, CPR is due for completion in Feb but not necessarily public dissemination.

The more people cling to the Feb 'deadline', the bigger the drop will be if it doesn't happen. Whether the company says 'hope' or 'expect' makes no difference. If you believe in the potential then stay in and reap the rewards regardless of whether the CPR is Monday, Tuesday or a week next Friday fortnight. If you spend all weekend obsessing you'll waste two days off and you'll change nothing.

Just look at his posts on Cine from last 3 days. Going down to 2p yesterday and today, after a collapse to low 2s, he is promoting 4p. Guess who bought today??
