Why waste money on an RNS when there is nothing to say?

DJM. Hope you are right but seen deadlines slip so often across AIM that nothing surprises me anymore. Not long to wait.

I have no doubt we will get one or more news releases this month. I am sanguine about the contents however. My guess is a holding rns with delay being reported and a murky next 'deadline'. We will come good but it won't be soon.

Kenny. I raised that spectre last week but no-one believes this apparently. It would be a shock but these happen all the time on AIM. Ask investors in rambler.

There will be an rns, no doubt about that. The contents may not be what you expect. Too many times I have waited for the 'big' rns only to be disappointed. This will jump when it jumps or flop when it flops. The 7am brigade should relax.

Jallis. Whilst your view isn't less valid because you don't hold, you have good reason to talk down the share and secure a lower entry.

There are no deadlines on AIM, just aspirations.

Nothing tangible has changed since .12 a few days ago and those who bought at that price were sitting on 80% profits. If they are trading then they have done a good job. By end of Feb we will either be much higher or back to ladt year's levels. Holding RNSs will no longer suffice, this now needs substantive news which, if it comes, will see us close in on pennies. I expect something next month as there would be no reason to say cpr in Feb, which is fairly specific, when 'coming months' could have been used. I am less confident about a JV or sale. Synergia has been talking about such a JV for ten months with no progress.

Why will this rise "the closer we get to the news", it hasn't until now? By definition we are closer today than when we were at .25p. It will jump on news and not before, not least as no-one knows how close we are.

Quite right but that didn't stop many from spouting rubbish about multi/mega bags "any day now". Jonesrichard can be safely ignored on every board but others should know better. This is a waiting game, always was.

RATR. In Nov and Dec I was regularly reading from various posters that big news would come before Christmas. I said it would be nearer to Easter. By big news I mean a firm offer of a jv or buyout, not some vague language about talks. Nothing has changed my view about timing.

I'm a bit old school. When I buy shares I want them to go up, not down. As it happens, I believe this will come good but I previously said, to a very muted reception, that it would be nearer to Easter than Christmas. So it now looks.

Having a good laugh at the 'topping up at these levels" chestnut. If I had a quid for every time I read that I could stop investing!

Yugo. Not every doomster is trying to find a cheap entry. Some have lost tens of thousands and have every right to be negative. I got out at 13p with a 35k loss and consider myself lucky. Clearly some are deramping but at present it makes no difference what you type given the suspension.

Davies. If the CPR completion is outside of Baron's control perhaps it would have been wiser to refrain from giving a date.

We may well have that news but I don't expect it to move the sp much. That will come when a bid is received. Given that Easter is April, my contention that significant movement will be nearer then than Christmas is far from baseless. I suspect that news of bids may come a few weeks after the CPR which takes us to March. As for Dunrobin, I see nothing to get very excited about. I'm here on a punt that a sale of Chuditch will see a ten bag, no more no less.

Perhaps we can make it through a day without the above prediction. Going nowhere fast without news. With significant news anything is possible but I suspect we will be much nearer to Easter than Christmas before it happens. BoD seem to have shut up shop for 2022. Just working out how to spend their Christmas bonus now that they have raised a few million. Bottom draw hibernation for my shares.

Fish. I suspect that Meadow wanted anything but another wild guess from panic boy. Seems he was being tongue in cheek and would prefer some reasoned analysis rather than someone plucking figures from various recesses of their anatomy. No reason at all to expect any sort of rise without significant news. Most people are holding for the 'big' news should it ever come, not for the giddy heights of .17/.2.

Where are these clowns now? Still got their inside track to Roland? If Shameless has another series, these two must be in starring roles. Talk us all down and accuse us of deramping and trading blah blah blah and then disappear without a trace. No doubt they would claim to have made money here regardless. Jokers of the worst sort.
