Hi All, I rarely post but like many am well down here, while doing some research I came across this site, worth a look, if you haven't already, go onto the Cyberhawk website ( thecyberhawk.com) and take the time to look at what it does and take more time to look at the directors / people. I found it extremely revealing and puts a perspective on where strat aero is, you can all make your own minds up. best ts

mcadder thank you, I was being blind to the 0.1 & 0.01 got it now. to me this indicates that they are intending to issue a fund raise and at a price around were we are now ( hopefully not lower ) obviously there is no news in the pipeline which would push the sp north, if there was then they would not have had to carry out this exercise, would they? expectation must be the sp will remain below 0.1

can someone explain to me how this works, im good at maths but cant work this out. to me all they have done is increase the number of shares to then reduce that number back to the original, this exercise does not effect the nominal share price i.e.; its still .01 which means they still cant do a placing or raise funds with shares because the sp is below the nominal value, around in a circle and spend a load of money to achieve nothing. I understood the idea was to reduce the share number in order to get the sp value up, a bit like a consolidation, for example if they had done a straight forward consolidation of 10-1 the sp would now be 0.65 ( ignoring the market ) Looking forward to how ive got this wrong. ts

Hi Paul. You cant do anything until alo relist, then you can go back to your broker and ask them to change back to electronic, they will require your paper certificate to do this as the certificate will have to go back to the registrar ( name on the top of your paper cert ) but they will advise you so speak to them first, indeed you could speak to them before to find out what they will need you to do so you are ready. If alo relist with a new name you should be sent a new certificate ( but that may take time ) and then follow the above, again I would speak to your broker and ask their advice so you know what you have to do. zapsnap nearly correct, corporate update issued today, no mention of 3 months!!! its on alo website, things progressing, terms have been changed looks like equity funding to take place which pi's will have opportunity to partake in. suggest all holders have a read. best ts

zap, oh how I wish you are right but I think you are very optimistic, my view is still that the funding is not yet in place, the accounts have been completed with the going concern caution included which the shareholder letter said they weren't going to do, which is why they delayed them, just to help suggest you take a look at the notes on the accounts page 25. 2.3 going concern. certainly that was the case on 22nd August and I accept we are now 4 weeks further on but no news advising finance completed

exactly who knows, sureley if the finance was now in place they would have to provide that info on the website as a plc even though they are not listed, maybe some news soon but the way I interpreted the report looks very much like maybe by year end before re-admission, again who knows, lets hope its good when it comes sp wise.

GS suggest you read the report, copy from chairmans statement---" Currently, the Company’s key focus is on raising the capital required to complete the acquisition as a private placing " It also says that they are hopeful of completing the deal during the remainder of this year, so September no longer in the frame?, I deduce we may have to wait a bit longer before re-admission, fingers crossed it will be good when it happens. I have just looked on ISDX and note that trading is already being shown with 15 + mill traded since around 3.30, dont know how that works, any ideas anybody. ts

peg, this 1/4 ends 30th june so a few weeks left yet, alcyone resourses who are providing funding subject to their own financing are currently suspended while that funding is secured, they expect to have that completed and suspension lifted on fri 6th june. so some action soon if all falls into place

Gruffalo, interesting post I think you could well be right in what you say and I wouldn't argue with that, I think you made the right decision to sell, I should have but hung on for another couple of pence when it looked like it would possibly touch 50p, been at this for long enough to know better my own fault. now I am interested to see where this is going to bottom and might be tempted to average down ( only might ) all the best

thanks gruffalo, those director sales formed part & were detailed as part of the prospectus and allowed them to have a partial return on their investment. imo you cannot look at that as directors seliing in the context of your post your inference is they are not confident in the company & i don't think that is the case, its still a pain that the sp has/ is going down especially for me (and other short termers ) but for long termers it must be presenting a buying opportunity hope that helps, don't know which camp you are in but not anybody elses business anyway atvb

Hi guy's & gals take a look at the rns today ( sat ) looks like a private investment co has increased holding by 4m and now hold over 4% hence the rns, appears to me they may be chinese investors? Gruffalo where did you see director selling info? I cant find it, thanks ts

Oracle, most ipo's are 420 holdings scaled down from applications as was mine and a lot of sells are that amount so you are right with that. I managed a further top up to make it worth while just above placing price but as I am not long term will be departing as soon as I clear my heels. plenty of upscope here for you long termers so good luck all.

docsin, I have been dabling with shares for over 30 years while trying to run a business and I still have a lot of learning to do although I have gained a lot of expierience on the way, most of it the hard way !! pleased to help, if we can all help each other then maybe that will mean we mostly make a quid rather than lose it. Docsin, that trade for £99k is an uncrossing trade so unlikely to be 1 buyer but probably several so I wouldn't read to much into that ref peeps with a lot of money. Gordy123 keep spending mate, me I have 5 dogs and wouldn't dream of going near them just way to expensive. think this is a good long term share but !!! only long term!!! I bought on ipo for a quick 20% but not going to happen so will be gone as soon as I am clear GLA

some sells ahowing as automatic so could be stop loss trigered rather than wanting the money which means they set them to tight and may miss out, or of course they could buy back in at a lower price

i have just bought below 240, if you do the same with your 27k you will have gained an extra 450 shares over ipo, at current price worth £1080 not bad for a morning as alw51 rightly said you have been lucky but only if you leap in gla

leave the dogs alone & certainly don't feed them that rubbish share oversubsribed! allocations cut back! including ii's, so they will be looking to buy!! just hang on this can only go one way once it settles imo and this is only my opinion not advice in fact this could be opportunity to add some more at discount to ipo price gla ts
