knOwles you have copied the issuer( revB ) section which applies to them.
Boo / Jupiter or anyone else buying / selling must notify the regulaters and the company (revB ) within 2 business days after the day of crossing the threshold.
So if for instance Jupiter sold more than 1% yesterday they have until friday close to declare it, if they sold the same today they have until Monday to declare.
If you look at the TR1s it states the date threshold was reached / crossed and gives the date Issuer notified.

Not picking holes just pointing out the mistake.

Sham, have to disagree, Tr1 states clearly transactions were on the 11th thats all transactions on the 11th up until close. company ( RevB ) were notified 12th ( today ) which must have been this morning for them to get rns out at lunch time.
So Jupiter as of close yesterday were still holding 8%+ now it maybe they are selling today in which case we will get another Tr1 Monday as they have to notify RevB ( and in turn the market ) with every 1% drop ( or multiples of )
Time will tell.

They are the shares issued to GOSH under the research agreement, see RNS 18th. unless they sell them, which I think is unlikely, dont see it being -ve.
We could really do with an update on the FSP though, even if it only confirms its progressing.

GGekko87, there won't be a specified time period all crcl have is an offer of grid connection, when /if they use it is down to them and when they are ready, there is nothing to relinquish, the network company will provide the connection to site when requested, there will be no connection on site until then.

Its the same as having a plot of land on which you intend to build a property, you contact the service providers to see if those services are available, before you buy / lease the site, ( if you've got any sense ) if they are you can go ahead and request them when you are ready.
and there in lies the issue with crcl, they, as far as we know, have not yet got a lease on the site.

to me Burrwell is a big red flag.
1/ why is the landowner discussing a lease while selling to someone else ?
2/ for what purpose is the potential new owner buying the land ?
3/ will they want to lease the land or have their own plans for it's use ?

from my expierience running my own property development company I think the new owner will have their own plans for the land, the odds have to be against crcl obtaining a lease here and I think they know that just not saying at the moment.

I could of course be wrong, new owner could be looking at it as an investment property in which case they would want to lease it, so why didn't the current owner complete the lease ? would have added value ( £ ) to the land.

we will know in due course, in the meantime we wait, kept like mushrooms.

I know I rattle on about LC but several years of experience has taught me a harsh lesson where he's concerned, the number of highly potential schemes in african countries which were going to make us all very wealthy, after several years nothing has come to fruition ( yet ) yet he continues to enjoy seriously generous salaries at pi's expense.
I hesitated at taking a position in mast because of LC holding 55% and then was late to the table, so down on my holding at mo but like you I like the company and the prospects should be good, as you say, see how we get on.

amin, thats ok no problem, I agree with you ref; clarke and this has got plenty of potential but I think from years of expierience we need to be aware that LC has a major interest and to me that is the downside, hopefully he will surprise us all but being aware and not believing everything he states is a good idea, imo.

Hms687, spa, sale & purchase agreement ( of the power supplied ) in the rns dated 6th may LC stated 10 days, rns dated 24th may LC stated imminent one of his favorite words he uses frequently.
if you scroll back through posts a couple of weeks you will see what I said regarding that and a reply from SirG, all worth reading it will help you follow the discussion.

amin, I did not say I was not pleased, just the opposite in fact, read my post again.
also I did not suggest any delay, your post 8.01 "and before schedule" I pointed out it was not, June is June.
Please dont mis-represent what I actually said.
I am very familiar with the construction industry, having run my own for many years and the current problems with shortages and delays will also effect mast as it is effecting everyone else, so anticipate delays to completion which will be fair enough as out of their control.

I too have a reasonable holding, so hope your sp prediction comes good for us all.

Morning all, amin, not before schedule, read the may 26th rns it states construction is expected to commence during JUNE we are in June but good news as at least they are on schedule which is rare for LC.

SirG . as you said last week it would be reasonable to assume that "imminent" would be less than the original "within 10 days " which has long since passed , today is indeed 10 days from "imminent" rns issued but no mention of the spa.

Sorry guy's but as good as this rns is I see it as a bit of a smoke screen for the spa which was to provide immediate income stream on completion of ipo and bare in mind that bordersley is unlikely to provide any income this year.

I think this is why no sp movement, we need spa to do that, hopefully very soon but we have the LC factor.

is there a rationale, yes, in my opinion LC is a very astute man, he creates salary revenue streams for himself by promising jam tomrrow, creating company's to add further salary benefits for himself, without achieving anything, completes fund raising to be able to pay said salary's, why would he want to complete anything? the longer he keeps things ticking over on false promises and we as punters keep falling for them and putting money in the pots, who's laughing all the way to the bank,
I'll leave you to work that out.

Take a look at Kibo, he's now taking on something else and creating Newco! while retaining 65% holding, whats the bet he will be chiarman with yet another salary, nice one LC.

LC's dictionary definition is somewhat different. IMMINENT -: To happen at some un-determined point in time in the future. < Latin -: < possibly > allows the user to keep drawing large salary for indefinite period, taken from the < ancient Greek > to bamboozle the peasants out of their money !

how does that actually work? somebody just shrugs their shoulders and say's thats ok keep the change., as much as I like your train of thought I just cannot believe thats the case.
