My view of the terminology used is that the meeting was held but because of questions asked which presumably couldn't be answered the meeting was adjourned. If they had done that before the meeting had started they would have siad its been postponed to a later date.

Either way its looking like curtains here, feel sorry for those caught with heavy losses, hope ypu do manage to get something out, its been a SS rip off for a long time.

Adam, it will send a signal that PI's have had enough of being led down the garden path with Naheeds ramping jam tomorrow. It will not effect the voting outcome, this will alll be passed.

We now own shares in a company of very little value, indeed I would imagine many PI's own house is worth quite a lot more than ORCP's current value and that is a scary thought and they ( orcp ) are going to raise finance to develop a multi billion project, really!

D S yes she has to hold them for a year, I would expect she wont exercise them until the year is up, why would you, especially seeing it will cost £337,500 better to be able to buy and sell simultaneously.

I dont think its a bad deal really, if she wants to make money she is going to have to get this business going so the sp rises

I see sp was reduced to accommodate a couple of large buy's , good luck to the few smaller buyer's who managed to get in on the act.

PP in the RNS's you will see that Bob sold 2.250m at 30p these were bought by Boo so he could pay the Tax due, that info is in the RNS ref; the agreement between the 2 company's.

HITS surely ANGS are arrannging the £20m now and not having the £6m bridge loan, aren't they !! it would be total management incompetence not to be doing that.

As we have heard nothing I am assuming they are doing just that and its causing a short delay although they have had long enough to get this sorted , as WG said they have ( and should ) known about the position for nearly a year.

I think the market is waiting for the meeting on the 7th to confirm ( or otherwise ) what has been agreed, the RNS was full of subject to's , anticipate etc; market wants certainty.

Given that will be the case we then have the agm end Sept, that could hold sp back on the basis of what BH may do then, I dont trust them and probably the market wont either, just my 2 penneth.

Hope all works for us all as I too was expecting at least 40's on this sort of news.

If BOO were buying they would have to TR1 every 1% increase or multiples thereof , as we have passed the record date they would have had to notify by today so imo they haven't been accumulating, it could of course be they believe they have enough votes to win or maybe the compromise deal will be announced early next week.

I had already voted on IG but just found a new email in junk from IG for me to vote, this one shows the BOD reccomend AGAINST they have obviously cancelled my original one, have now voted again.

anyone on IG you need to check if you, like me, had already voted because it appears it wont be counted.

I received email from IG this morning it states vote by 28th July.

I have voted AGAINST all proposals.

If enough PI's vote the cumalitive total will have an effect, assuming we all vote the same way but that is up to each indidual to decide.

Pumpky that looks like a clerical error, the buy immediatly before is for 57,111 somebody put in an extra 1 which is why its deleted, theres also a second buy of 57,111, so all looking good.

If the Times story is true then Revb should RNS that that is the case or not, its important info.

Hosai, Boo are in a difficult position unless they know they have sufficient suport from other shareholders as they ( Boo ) have not got much room to buy more, approx 3% if they buy more and hit 30% they then have to make a formal offer to buy REVb.

Boo would need to be pretty sure of how they stand before getting there in my view, it is of course perfectly possible they can buy but they are not in the best shape at the moment so can they pull it off? from what we know at the moment I dont think they can and its fairly obvious they want control of REVb without having to put their hand in their pocket. Not sure how the sp is going to perform with this hanging over REVb almost certainly it will hold us back from where we should be.

PhatJ, you have made a fair point but it will be the regulators who decide if / when suspension can be lifted and they will be aware of everything thats going on, even the stuff we dont know anything about ( yet )

This is certainly going to get interesting over the coming weeks, lets hope in the end we can all come out ok.

Silverlight is the BOO threats towards REVb a smoke screen to deflect that they themselves are in trouble and see Revb as a way out, if they can pull it off? now they ( BOO)are going to have to watch there own backs if MA senses an opportunity.

This situation has some way to go in my view, wonder who else is going to throw their hat in the ring .
