all the trades showing for the last several days are under the mid price so portrayed as sells, if you have placed a buy then you know different.

I think there is considerable doubt, look at the day / time the trade took place and see the bid / offer, imo they are all sells including the last one on friday which was at the mid price.

its a local matter for that area and its an election, simple really.

the inspectorate will not put themselves in a position where they could be accused of influencing any outcome, we all know how poltics and the media will grab and twist any information into a pack of lies to deceive us voters.
anyway took the trouble for everbodys benefit, accept it for what it says matters not to me.

planing appeals, elections copy from inspectorate site, helps explain the delay.
The Planning Inspectorate always aims to issue decisions promptly after the event. However, in the run-up to Local Elections we are always concerned to ensure that appeal decisions concerning proposals which have raised particular sensitivities or interest in an area cannot be deemed to have influenced the election or have been used to electoral advantage by any interested body. Accordingly those decisions are not issued until the election results have been announced.

From experience I may be able to offer some insight ( yes I very very rarely post )
I was caught up in the Beaufort scandal, unfortunately you are locked in until the administrators allow a transfer of assets, in the Beaufort case that was 7 months so be prepared for a lengthy wait, as to compensation the FSCS did cover the administration costs but they wont cover any loss caused by a drop in sp while in administration.

The administrators set up a website with full info and issued an access code so you could see where they were at and complete all the forms online, I guess these will do the same, when they check the records they will contact you.
One of my holdings was 88e during the admin it rose to 2.81p by the time it was transffered it was around 1p but cant claim for that loss, hope that helps but it is a pian in the butt and very frustrating.
