bonesgt, price monitering is triggered when the last trade is more than a pre-determined % from the prevoius trade, if you look the last 2 buys where 175 versus 1255 which I guess was outside that pre-determined % you then see a sell was ut ( uncrossing trade ) which is done by mm's to correct the market.

morning schaden, yes agree you are right, however my point was that , ignoring the expenditure bit, this is an acquisition of some serious kit, I assume the reason they have done this is to put geo at the forefront so this will provide better/bigger contracts, surely they should be shouting that from the roof tops to encourage more investors especially as there seems no other news, well not that we know of. it would also have helped support the sp and look where we are this morning, I just think it was a missed opportunity, this share needs some support desperately or its going to drift into oblivion. best ts
