Morning all - Doubt this is going to set the world alight but it's a new outlet so a bit more exposure. Never really know how to work out these crowd funds. They're essentially giving away 15 or so % of the Salarius on their current valuation but if that $750 000 is used to markedly increase the initial $5 million valuation then it's ok and TEK directly doesn't have to issue any shares.

Hopefully they will be doing the rounds with updates for all the portfolio companies over a shortish time span.

Noticed that LUCYD are really pushing their 'lytes' - They've got Ryan Neal pushing them on Youtube now. They call him an 'influencer' which i guess he might be for the younger generation. I'm presuming they may have paid him to sponsor them but good to see they are promoting. Will be interesting to see their sales figures when they come out. If they make a success out of the 'runt' i'll be impressed !

The dynamics of the share....TEK is hardly dynamic. I agree though, my buying shares was a very poor personal judgement call.

Morning Junior. You can't have bought much higher than where we are now unless you bought years ago. If you feel that way the smart thing to do would be cut your losses and sell now. If I thought like you that's what I would do.

No offence intended there Legache. How anyone plays any share is their own business. I think we can all agree on that. Just highlighting that large holders are always churning away a percentage of their holding. Standard practice.

I am always concerned about why major holders sell would want to sell. Well, Apart to make a profit.

They're not mugs Legache. They're a sophisticated trading outfit that have sold somewhere in the region of 20% of their stake. Considering their last batch was at 8p so over 100% profit they've massively reduced their risk whilst still maintaining a major holding for the ride.

They all churn a few without exception

Although yesterday was a strange one. I reckon MMs were buying to transfer stateside with a decent profit too i'd wager.

I’ve been concerned about the massive spread too, often over 10% when on the up. I’ve not got anything else with this in my portfolio. Does anyone know why this is?

Small MCap, Low Volume. Pretty standard. On a News day when there is a lot of price action the spread narrows.

Spread is usually pretty huge here too. I think we may need some PR over there however I can't help but feel, very soon soon FDA approval may well give us that for free.

Good Morning WG. I agree. Couldn't think of anything better to kick start awareness of all products in the TEK portfolio.

If there is demand over there and we don't sell our shares over here (although everyone has their price) it should have a very positive effect on the SP

When they purchase eg. 10,000 shares in TEKCF who is that money going too?? If TEK are not raising any money from this float?

It's not uncommon to dual list especially if a company is conducting business in another country/region etc.

It will definitely have some sort of impact and I imagine the MMs are going to make a mint (also not uncommon !!)

nav is likely below 20p atm

Hi Jolly. Have a good read through some the RNS regarding Belluscura, Guident and Salarius. If the reworked the NAV as of today i'd take a stab at 50p with all the progress they've made. The recent placing was peanuts

There's a risk our shares over here are going to end up on the other side of the pond imho. Don't let them go to cheaply. They are well undervalued but if you've been holding for any number of months it's easy to lose sight of that.

The Yanks won't be weary and will see TEK for it's true value

It's going to be really interesting seeing where the SP goes around 1.30-2pm onwards today :)

That can only be good for the SP imo and with our companies based over there and ready to take off this is going to be excellent.

I'm not a conspiracy theory but if I was I'd say Belluscura are signalling to their stakeholders that they are all but home and dry and that news is very close.

If there is no RNS on Monday morning I reckon we re going to see some good buying. Have a good weekend all :)

Seems to be good support around the 16p Weathergeek so good buy imo. SP already firming up. I'm pretty sure it's stateside that are behind this so as you say good to buy the morning dips.

Hopefully a strong finish. Every week without news brings the inevitable a step closer imo :)
