What happened to the loan facility they got back end of the year ? That was for about $4 million.

Surely they haven't got through that. Maybe it was withdrawn. No RNS though so there's something wrong there, whichever of the 2 alternatives played out.

Bell might be worth a trade today. I appreciate TEK aren't holding much but as a stand alone. Got some financing sorted out (credit facility). Positive news from where they are I think.

Morning Sea. I'm more or less done with this and to be honest. Took the 10p and moved it into JLP a little while back. Already in decent profit and far less angst. Just feels a lot more comfortable. Don't want to do that sell up and decamp thing but I reckon that Cliff was practically forced into buying some to get this small raise through. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the most they could bring in. Its obvious they are finding it harder to get the money and the Genip move can't be repeated. It's not enough to float Guident. They ll need more so watch yourself if you re holding Salt. Next February they will dump them at any price and we saw how that decimated the Bell Sp. You were right about Cliff all along. Last chance here is Guident. I might get a decent stack in gor the ramp up to the float once the details and finance is out there as I can see it having a good launch. All the best mate

I made a buy at GenIP on the day InvestAce suggested it was going to slump to 12p. I figured he looked good for a counter indicator.

That's how I see it CM. Not sure how much admission coata are but the whole deal looks expensive to me. I think TEK are finding it increasingly hard to raise cash on favourable terms.

If you read the admission to Aim RNS properly you'll see that out of a £1.75 million raise they managed to make over £500k disappear in broker/adviser/placement fees.

That's one hefty chunk of money % - wise and assuming the 3rd parties were paid in shares the answer is staring you in the face

Looks like everyone did Sea, but Salt and GenIP falls are driving this lower, along with mistrust around Cliff.

I hate to say this but if it falls so you can buy under 6p you're probably looking at 4-4.5p for hard-line support and the way this is going it wouldn't surprise me.

Saying that it will only take a block buster Guident, or Salt RNS and it will recover ground rapidly.

At where the SP is now, I think we all need to be paying attention

Yes. Lucy going strong. My thoughts are that they might need one more raise so the higher the sp the less dilution to TEK. That or they do something with warrants. I'm not sure what they're doing with warrants but i'm guessing the theory is the impact is further down the line, once the business is more developed, so less affect.

One thing I do think is if Lucy do raise again, afterwards they'll be a 'buy' in their own right.

Yeah. The sell off on GNIP speaks volumes really. I had to top slice this morning as I really didn't expect that.

Hoped to be taking a bit off the table at nearer 10p though.

Disappointing. He better have a rabbit somewhere because I'm struggling to see where the next funding might be coming from. I thought they might be able to raise through GenIP and therefore avoid diluting TEK but if it's value plummets south then that won't be possible.

On the positive side. They've made a few quid out of this so that'll keep everything going for a bit.

My prediction is somewhere between 20p and 100p on day 1.

Could be anything, I agree. We'll have to wait and see, but they have raised cash with this float and it was oversubscribed, suggesting value.
