Yes CM A labour government is generally good for the stockmarket in general. They encourage investment, and are beneficial for smaller businesses. Their policies also circulate money through the economy. Should be a strong year accross the board

However, the wider market will like this, same as it didn't like the last results even though they were well out of date by the time they were published.

I think today will be a strong day, and lots of imminent news in the pipeline to strengthen the NAV calc just around the corner.

I've never found that with TEK Kat. Are you sure you're not looking at spread bets. They make a mint on spreads alone on penny stocks. They're much better for the bigger market caps mind

Lucy raising it's own funds more or less now with there pathetic deep discounts and warrants. I think there would be a full on riot if that were to happen, but I get your drift.

If they can sell a decent chunk, even 10% next year for £5-£10 mllion for example (using today's pricing for the bottom of the range) then they'll have instantly created a bit of credibility and can bargain from a far stronger position when it comes to financing.

A draw down debt facility for each company would be better than these deeply discounted placings and not impossible to put into place. As the financial landscape is turning a corner now maybe that's something that could be considered.

A buy out of Salt or Guident would be interesting. TEKs holding couldn't be ignored then.

However, SALT couldn't be bought out aggressively. It would have to be with TEKs blessing owing to their massive holding, but on the other hand they've been at this for a while and could really propel the SP forward. Big divi, cash in the bank for TEK to continue with fledgling companies etc and a whole different opinion of TEKs business model.

Guident - Estimated £25 million - Could be more. It was valued at $20 million dollars ages ago and has progressed in leaps and bounds.

Bell circa £1.7 million

That,s approximately 35p and not taking into account what the new AI company might be valued at and what potential Salt and Guident have to progress further, or Bell to continue recovering.

In spite of others views for why TEK trades at at discount I don't it can do so at such a discount for much longer.

Some good SALT news will do the whole shebang a world of good. Once the market sees that SALT is a serious business it might reassess what Guident could be and what Bell has the potential to be and TEK should catch up quickly.

Unfortunately at the moment the market might have a suspicion that these businesses under TEKs wing might be a bit Mickey Mouse (a la Lucy)
