I agree Blighty, especially with Guidant, but it wouldn't surprise me if they flogged their share of Belluscura. Easy enough if they list. They could even forward sell their warrants. Remember Cliff has mad reference to exits and special dividends before. If they were going to sell anything in their portfolio it would be Belluscura imo as they have less control.

WG. It's IG index that are taking the p1ss - I've got a 0.75p spread through halifax.

Spread betting companies are a rip off on small caps. Ok for blue chips, indeces etc mind

Don't forget serious big buyers don't buy first thing. They'll wait until the SP settles and then look to get some value. We'll get a better picture this afternoon imo.

Hopefully we'll get the Belluscura listing price in the non too distant and then we can underpin the value to TEK with and without options. That will be the best bit imo. Shouldn't be too far off

Unfortunately 14p looks like a bit of a target price for new entrants and topper uppers. No news on Monday might do it but it's not going to happen today. Don't mind if I'm wrong.

I never take that option. I know it ends up getting frustrating but I hate having my money tied up for hours wondering if they are going to execute it or not. I'd rather just pass.

Normally you can get a few chunks of 10,000 through on a slow day but nothing as yet. I expect I'll get a price soon but not sure if it's what I want. I've got loads anyway so can afford to be picky about my price :)

Missed out on a nice top up there. Possibly too greedy - The B'stards dropped the price to fill a buy order (not mine!) by the looks of it. Finished at 15.5p

Not me Spec. Courtesy of Camkite. It was his post I was commenting on. It could be anytime but Cam was highlighting that the FDA take their own sweet time to do anything so any delays shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

Not sure I'm going to get my 14p. I've got plenty of these so not buying anymore unless I get 14p on the offer. Maybe a few naysayers could flog a few if they have any spare.

14.5p to buy. If it drops to 14p I'll be snaffling a few more. Too cheap and drift is on rubbish volume and nothing else as far as I can see.

Another of my holdings is waiting on FDA clearance and they said it was expected to take 150 clearance days... they filed for the FDA on 20th October so around 6 weeks before TEK (taking their December date into account).

Morning Camkite. Thanks for posting and bringing realism to the table. It takes the FDA forever to do anything. Obviously we're hoping for priority clearance but when we're talking about medical devices what isn't so we have to be real and not get paranoid about the length of the approval process.

No idea D - If it's just bumbling along I don't think it's cash call time but if we get some major movement with Belluscura or Guident (Lucyd up and running with sales and their crowd fund and Salarius also funded) then they might need more. If this is the cash the news will take care of the SP

They all do it so it's not a TEK thing by any measure but one thing you can guarantee with an AIM company is if they've got something up their sleeve they will make sure they use it to get funding and the funding only comes with some sort of sweetener, be it warrants or imminent news (obviously this is highly illegal so I've only heard that happens haha)

It's all part and parcel and i've been around long enough to know how it works so not particularly perturbed by it because if the 'money' gets a profit so do we (just less).

Anyhow, there appears to be something brewing so hopefully something tasty not too far off now

Possibly and order being worked today. No trades of any note but SP firming up so might be something going on behind the scenes.

TEK have gone a bit quiet so I reckon something is going on. They may well get a placing through around here and then release big news. We'd be niaive to think they would do it the other way round. Rarely works like that and the money calls the shots.
