Would they sell in tranches over a period of time ??

Morning Sea. Hard to work out exactly. Selling in tranches is most probable as they are holding such a large stake but it's really hard to know exactly. I'm sure whoever they use as a broker will be better equipped than anyone on this BB to execute this but still hard to fathom.

On day one if Belluscura shares rocket, TEK's will also move up accordingly so all eyes on Belluscura :)

I've given this a bit of thought and the listing will be a big day for TEK. They have indicated that they will be exiting and there will be a special dividend awarded. We all know that. We can also assume that they will be after the best exit price they can get. They won't necessarily sell on Day 1. I imagine they will manage selling piecemeal to gain the maximum profit they can.

Therefore, I can only assume that when Belluscura starts trading if their shares are in demand and the price rises, so will TEKs.

Something very much to look forward to. Exciting times

Bet the guy who was on here, directly invested in Belluscura at an early valuation of £4million (might have even been dollars) and not too happy is smiling today - X 12. Not bad at all

Some of the major snack manufacturers that were taste testing (not rushing it!) have enquired re pricing. That's pretty big news and shows interest at least. They're obviously waking up to the legislative (Mexico) and probably imminent worldwide to reduce sodium intake. Not over the line but massive potential and it's in the balance by the looks of it

I wouldn't worry about it Sea. People sell predicting the SP will drop back at some point. It's happened enough times before but I'm smelling a change in the wind here.

Sellers aren't always right (enough flogged the lot at 10p not too long ago). Goes for buyers too of course

Yes, everything going well but not truly reflected in the SP as yet. We should be pretty much accustomed to that by now. Somewhere along the line the SP will catch up. It always does....I'd expect news to really start ramping up so this really should be the start of a decent bull run. They're getting on with it so we just have to sit back and be patient. Not much else we can do :)

Not bad. I agree with the 7/8 million based on 23% although I thought Tek owned nearer 30%. Special divi of say 5million quid at a guess (4/5p) a share. Roll on. If anyone wants too buy them out it would be cheaper to do it now. That valuation will only increase in the future. Salaius update next week

It was by far the best interview I've seen. Very bullish and really expensive. The credentials of harald braum and team are unreal and good information on what makes the Belluscura concentrator unique. I'd recommend listening to it in it's entirety

Several of the 25 large snack food manufacturers testing Salarius salt have asked for a pricing in the last few weeks.

2. Points.

1. This year earnings were 9 million and profit over 7 million (not sure where that came from. Only Salarius and Lucyd selling
as far as I know)
2. All 4 companies floated or bought out within the next 2 years. Sounds good to me :)

That would be nice Meddler but I wouldn't hang my hat on it. I thought the last communication from TEK was for listing to be 'later in the year' but I guess that could mean anything. Tomorrow is later in the year haha.

They'll be working on it behind the scenes and whatever happens I'm guessing we'll get an update either way, on progress etc.

Nice to see a £100k + trade late reported at well over 12p, and Lucyd going for it.

Muted start to the day but SP looking solid now. Either the market is cottoning on to what Guident may bring to the table or their cottoning on to Flagstaff's snippet of imminent news for all companies.

Either way I'm not complaining.

Thanks Lee - So an IPO is the plan. That will be an exit then and TEK management see a profit in what they paid in taking up a further stake.

You'll do well with the preference shares and that valuation I'm sure. That's how it works. You take the risk at a low valuation and if it pays off you make a mint.

Thanks for the info and sorry to hear it's been such a mare. Covid hasn't helped but I get the impression that Belluscura management are or at least have been pretty naive in how they've progressed this

If you have direct holdings in Belluscura you probably have a better holding on it's valuation and you're also going to be better informed.

Got any useful information as to what the road map is for them and valuation etc. Will they be aiming at listing and what price etc or will they be looking to partner which someone with the dosh to ramp up production ?

They must be giving some sort of indication on their monthly circulars ??

It's interesting that they highlight Belluscura as considering listing. If they licence out their IP to a larger manufacturer they could just rake in Royalties, and units of the concentrator could be upscaled quickly to take advantage of the current Covid situation. That would be the alternative to exiting altogether via a listing etc

We all want the SP to be far North of here G, each and every one of us but it is what it is.

Either you believe it won't be happening any time soon, due to whatever reasons including management, in which case if there are likelier candidates best to sell and exploit the uplift somewhere else.

Or we believe an upturn is on the cards and imminent in which case we stay.

Not much else we can do as punters

Perhaps my expectations on delivery are too high but to lose 50% value on SP in a few weeks and see no sign of this trend changing is staggering, but even more staggering is the people seem content with it!
