Yeah unfortunately share's aren't particularly known for high octane excitement. More ebb and flow and when they're on the move half the time we don't even know why :)

As mentioned straight out of the trading pot so not cashed in any of my TEK shares. Too much developing quickly to warrant that.

I'm not really au fait with IPO's but the reading I have done suggests the insiders are typically locked in for 90 to 180 days so although punters might dip in and out there should be less shares to sell, hence my one way traffic comment. Just a trade and hopefully a successful one.

I'm not sure if I've bought wisely but I've nabbed a few BELL with funds from my trading pot today at just under 57p. The spread is pretty diabolical which I'm not happy about but I'm guessing that is due to the unpredictability of an IPO.

I'm banking on the lock in for some of the large stake holders keeping it one way traffic for a while + the fact they look like they aren't wasting any time.

We shall see. I can see a £1 easy, especially once they announce first distribution etc which should be soon.

£1 Belluscura would also equate to about £16 million quid to TEK which is certainly better than a kick in the knackers :)

I hold these indirectly through TEK. Some holders here may have been in from the beginning, through Crowdcube etc. What are your realistic expectations with regard to the market cap over the next 6 -12 months.

Would be interesting to hear all your views. I can see a £1 being achieved rapidly with some positive developments for example. Not sure beyond that with regard to time frames etc.

I looked to buy some BELL on Friday but they weren't trading through my online broker until they were 57p so decided not too. If they retrace a bit or things develop fast I will rethink that. I'm lucky enough to be 40% cash and have been at least since the Covid outbreak so always half an eye on an opportunity

Good to hear that Belluscura have already been approached by numerous distributors. Sounds like they're licking their lips as they know how to get them into the market.

Hopefully they can build them fast enough. I think they are built in China if memory serves. That came to light when we got hold of the import info when we were trying to work out if they had applied for FDA approval

Had to give up on the VOX markets one. Paul Hill looked like he'd be better off doing comedy than financial journalism !

I don't know about the lock in. I think TEK will realise more by holding anyway so no issue to me. One thing it should ensure is a steady increase in the BELL value over the next year if they progress well which will in turn increase the special divi when it finally comes. Why take 4/5p when you can take 10p a year later.

Yes madeness. We've just witnessed TEK make $1.5 million in an hour. That's the kind of potential that we are talking about. More with the other companies as the TEK owns so much more

Not quite sure what you all expect.

From a chart perspective it looks ok. Consolidating with side ways trading (as predicted a couple of weeks ago), and poised for the next leg up, I'd hope. Unlikely any share is going from 10p to 15p without some sideways or a small retrace. In old money 15p is more like 20p anyway due to the placing.

Pretty standard SP imo. If Belluscura is a hit tomorrow we'll piggy back off that

I agree with you Shandypants but I also get Kapkina's drift. There's a lot riding on the sales team so until we get some RNS's with sales figures STX will be volatile.

In order for belluscura to grow and expand they to will issue more shares and ultimately dilute TEKs holding thats the mechanismof floating or would they get a loan?

I wouldn't expect any dilution for a while. 17.5 million should go a long way, especially as there will be an increasing income to add to the pot as they scale up.

With regard to placings. As a large holder you'd imagine TEK would be offered a slice of any placing and they'd 'swallow their tail' if they were to take part, (just like they all do) so I really wouldn't be concerned there.

Good starter for 10 that. It should get somewhere between there and 24p within a week. If they deliver something else exciting next week then we'll be in for a ride. Some insti buying would cap it all off, so watch those trades for a pattern. Large rounded late reported trades often give the first clue alongside the SP

It's going to be nice to watch the share price movements in BELL move TEKs. Should add a bit more spice than waiting for progress updates. Nice bit a substance ongoing whilst we wait for 3 of drivers to deliver.

This could do 50p easily this year

I mean stoking of course (one track mind :))

I'm convinced Salarius will be posting something really exciting soon which should keep momentum going well after Friday
