Agreed - There's been a lot of buying over the last few days so whoever sold has provided the liquidity. Probably Edale, selling some of their 8p stake for a handy 25% profit and we'll probably find they have participated in the recent placing too so as BB says should be TR1's over the coming weeks clearing up the picture.

If they are done the SP can move on so

Cam there could be news from anywhere. As i mentioned before Harald Braum is on record as saying that Guident need up to $2 million dollars so the recent raise primarily addresses buying the additional stake in Belluscura so plenty of news flow on Guident to come imo. The IPO is also on the cards though and TEK can avoid all these problems that STX are encountering by simply exiting here.

It's a precentage call, but just about everything is in this game isn't it. Sometimes we get it right and unfortunately sometimes we don't !

I hear you Cam but we will have to wait and see how it unfolds. TEK s strategy is on record as exiting companies once they can stand on their own feet. The word exit has popped up in interviews and even a few days ago on twitter, however we are yet to see how this works and the next few months are key for me.

You are 100% right about Belluscura. They will have to find a way to market and commercialise their product but once they float TEK are free to either sell their stake, sell part of their stake or hold. Again questions that will be answered over the coming months

You say that TEK’s 17% of Belluscura is worth the whole market cap of Tek ? Which values Belluscura at £80m ??

Good afternoon Cam. Point to note. TEK now owns near on 30% of Belluscura with options to purcharse and warrants. They had 30 days to raise and that's why the probably didn't get a fair price, (over a barrel springs to mind).

We have to trust (or not). That TEK saw value in taking up their options even with a bad price for their raise.

We ever suck it up or we go.

Anyway, the RNS’s over this week should make interesting reading!

Definitely - They are still alluding to exits though even now - I'm guessing if anything floats they'll sell all or some of their stake so hope for a return of some sorts this year. Seeing is believing however.

Yeah for sure. At least they're still interested. It's a pain for us simple folk but I really do think that there will be a lot of share movement this year. Hell of a lot going on behind the scenes

Not sure whether they have participated in the placing or not but looks like they've been scooping up PI sells at these lowly levels after selling a couple of months down the line.

Anyone would think they knew what was coming !

Could be CM22. It would be a good time for someone who is directly invested in Belluscura to drop in. We had someone a while back but I can't remember who they are. I know through Belluscura's investor relations that their 'direct' investors are updated monthly on circulars so will have a much better idea of what is going on, as will TEK. I'd very much like them just to sell their stake once they've secured it and act on their special dividend comments but we will see.

Rude not to Cam. If you can't beat them join them and all that.

I wouldn't worry to much about pipeline (although CBD has been mentioned). Guidant are planning to open a control centre in Florida this year.
That's what a lot of the recent raise is earmarked for imo - Hararld braun is on record in an interview not that long agao saying they needed up to $2 million. Subtract the Belluscura options/warrant money from the recent raise, and we're in that ballpark so it's all about Guident and hopefully a sale of TEK's Belluscura stake in the coming months.

Same here WG. Although I've got more than I need in my trading account so the additions went straight into my SIPP. Had to sell some other holdings in there but this will be back to 20p in no time at all.

TEK management have a habit of following up these placings with decent news flow so it's a buy all day long here if you have the money. Should have saved my top up trades but they'll be in profit in the non too distant imo.

We now have approximately 130 million shares in issue and a 30% stake in Belluscura.

If they list for £50 million that's worth 10+p a share to Belluscura. More and you can do the maths. A sale and a special dividend would be the only way for TEK management to justify the placing price imo.

They'll be lots on the wings who've been waiting to get in - Be careful out there whatever you do. Aim is a shark pool so trust your own counsel.

Not really a surprise ask there wasn't really another viable way to increase the stake in Belluscura. A 70% increase is very substantial though. Sounds like they will be holding near on 30% now. Negative would be the price. Nearer 12.5p would have been fairer. Positives would be new institutional investors on board, a decent wedge of funds and still a relatively low mcap. Now it's out the way lets hope the news flows and the sp follows the same pattern as the last raise. I'm hoping they sell their increased stake in Belluscura when it lists and return via a special dividend. Gl all

Glad you survived. Don't think the SP could have handled your next of kin dumping your holding !
758,598 shares is a sizeable chunk nevertheless. I'm no fan of the FCA. The players always do it so we need to know our place. One point to note is that the selling (unless it's a really distressed holder) is always controlled with a mind not to completely trash the SP so a crumb of comfort at least.

Hopefully we have more or less bottomed out now :)
