I m probably wrong but they may have managed to get under a reportable threshold with that which would have given them the scope to sell some in lieu of a placement they knew they would be part of. All a game and nothing new here.

Morning Giancotti. I would beg to differ there. Lot's of people hold long term and trade over the top with a percentage of their holding and if you follow charts in most cases those target lows are followed by bounces. ( wishing it lowing than specific resistance points however is another ketle of fish)

They may also just be plain lying and waiting for a low entry point. It is a BB after all with all that entails.

Not being contentious but there is room on this BB for lots of different people and we're all capable of learning something from just about anyone.

Certainly a start. I have a vague recollection that OTC shares may be in blocks (so more than 400) but not sure. Will have a look later if I get time.

Anyway - I've taken advantage by adding a substantial amount to my holding over the last day - again there is shenanigan's going on extended delays of publication of trades > 2hours or on some an absence of publication at all!

Definitely. Doesn't look like i'm going to get my top up. I wanted 14p last week and I want 14.5 (15p Max) today but the best price i can get is 16p. Definitely filling some kind of order. I can dump a substantial amount at 14.11p in one go. Today the broker spread really is diabolical so I agree with DJ. MM's beavering away at something

0.71 soon is easily possible. Zak is right. Buyers are loading up right here. (I did yesterday) and once done the SP will move. Happens frequently with SYME

Would make for a nice special divi if they sold it wouldn't it Mogli ?! - 10-15p anyone. Anyway, I have no idea of the credentials behind it or indeed whether TEK management are planning to exit but they've mentioned it before and I for one would like to see them get rid and concentrate on their other/or new investments.

I don't know what the White Times is or who YStone advisory are. Just an snippet off twitter and I would take it with a pinch of salt but a initial valuation of £50 million for Belluscura wouldn't do us any harm.

I totally agree with that CAM. Personally I want TEK to sell their stake, be it the stake they hold or a higher stake if they can forward sell. I'm hoping this is the special dividend scenario we've all heard about

If TEK do increase their stake in Belluscura and convert warrants (which they will if there's a profit in them) we'll have to see a valuation on Belluscura first (unless i'm missing something).

That news cannot be far off unless TEK have to guess on valuation and as to whether 21-23p is good value.

Well, you know what to do mate. personally i'll be holding at least to the end of the year. This will mark the start of a bull run for TEK. Lots of people bought in December for a quick buck. (probably didn't make much) and have now sold and been replaced by a different type of buyer. Each unto his own though, of course

We have to trust in management to a degree Cam. Not much else we can do, but they know what they are doing and they know how to raise cash if necessary. That's why i'm forecasting a rash of good news from all areas. Think back to December and you get my drift. TEK management has a distinct style.
