I can see TEK hitting £1 later this year. When the herd arrives this is going to go crazy. It will need some resolve to hold though. That's the hard part

Hi Noiseyd. I'm not entirely sure but I thought it was the same one they started in February. I think they closed it temporarily, probably so they could get some cash before reopening to investments. So one long raise over 2 rounds I think but stand to be corrected.IP3LY probably has a better handle on it as I've only just got involved. Good luck

Makes you wonder doesn't Sea. The only plausible explanation I can fathom is that they don't feel the need to give as much of the company away as originally anticipated. Certainly makes you think there might be some serious interest out there.

I'm sure we will find out sooner rather than later. Until then we can just enjoy the speculation :)

Hi all. Got an email from microventures today (my in to a small punt on Salarius. Crowdfund now closing on the 30th July instead of 28th September apparently due to the success of the raise. The haven't raised the max permitted so why turn down money. Something fishy going on but it s definitely a good type of fishy. News very soon on the Salarius front IMHO. Possibly after the 30th but not necessarily so. It was a legal requirement to give 5 days notice I believe.

Yeah. Agreed. This is sustainable - There is no technical reason why 20p should offer hard resistance other than horizontal (ie the 2 previous peaks) so it's not as hard as it looks.

TEK has got a lot more beneath it's wings since those previous peaks though so you would expect to push through easy enough imminently

I'd normally trade off a few from the trading post here, but all the indicators (all of them!) are screaming buy and we know as well as a whole host of potentially blinding news we have the interims and new NAV calculations inbound and I'm confident they'll provide a boost on their own.

I note that IC were cooing about the deep discount to NAV. Fresh figures should be out relatively soon and they are going to make very interesting reading with regarding to NAV. Belluscura s value is now crystalised so easy to quantify and Lucyd are tearing it up. Salarius and Guident have no doubt also added to the NAV in their own way.

We should be sitting pretty :)

Yeah it's made. Belluscura pre valued at something like £5 million and IPO's at £45 millionish.
Salarius pre valuing at $5 million
Lucyd prevaluing at $20 - I assume a higher valuation as they are further down the road. Still, if they IPO it's going to be $50 million minimum isn't it. More likely $100. That's going to cause a ripple the day it happens !

Morning BB. That's interesting. They are clearly going for it. A valuation of $20 means they are only giving away 2.5 % of the company so although that valuation would not be attractive to me (lower multiples on IPO it clearly shows the progress being made. I reckon they are going to extend their range in preparation for their IPO. Considering it's a pre valuation if it's not good raise it's a massive endorsement. They are prevaluing at not far off TEKs market cap!

I am pretty confident that there is a lot of buying going on here. The SP is showing all the hallmarks (wide spread), fairly stagnant at a key entry point etc. Nobody will be dumping large volumes here when they could have done it easily at 55p+

I'd be hopeful we will see evidence of large trades in the coming days and then the SP should be free to move North.

Yes See. Lucyd are continuing to exceed expectations and will IPO early next year imo. Shame the market is having a wobble today. Could be a good buying opportunity here but i'm personally maxed out !

I can't quite remember that, but must be some sort of update, on the cards.

After watching how Belluscura got their company IPO'd after a number of years and a crowdfund and how LUCYD have done their crowdfund and then really kicked off. (only way to bargain is from a position of strength right). I've bitten the bullet and made a small investment $3000 through microventures. Had to go relatively small as I imagine that'll be tied up for a year or two.

Just had to have a dabble now I understand how TEK are developing these companies. TEK is well hedged so will not be moving my investment out of there but if Salarius IPO it will be to a factor of 10-15 x their pre valuation. Big risk but a reasonable punt with the background knowledge we have
