That sounds excellent. LUCYD is surprising us all. I remember dismissing them as the runt of the litter but they have evidently proved me wrong. They are the next to IPO imo and TEK own a far larger stake so that will massively impact our SP and I'd bet my bottom dollar on a cracking update on Salarius in the non too distant too.

I can't think of any reasons not to be in TEK at the moment.

It's 5 million quid with a convertible option and a drawdown facility (50k a tranche). SYME will aim to use as little of this facility as possible.

It's utter cr&p to make anything more of it.

There are far more important sp drivers out there.

Just nabbed a couple of million at 0.33 ish.

Convertible loan notes for 5.6 million quid. No big deal. I could refer to Junior Oilers that had Loan notes repayable for 100s of millions so although I'm no fan (who is), it's pretty negligible.

Yeah - Good to see. I bought a few at 57p and was wondering if I'd made a wrong turn but as you say Mick, most holders are locked in so really not a lot of free float if they are in demand. Those that bought in on day 1 of the IPO have mainly been and gone imo.

There s bound to be some supply contracts coming up which will help Bell and TEK once announced. :)

Good tip that. They have a good following and generally know what they are talking about (generally).

We shouldn't underestimate the power of tip sheets and tipsters. They can really kick things off, especially with the added exposure, which in my opinion TEK is sorely missing.

Interesting to see that they are looking at the next (interim ?) results in August with the additional NAV for BELL, and maybe a spotlight on LUCYD sales as a trigger. It's obviously a metric they use frequently and prominently within their analysis.

That doesn't look too bad. I've seen far worse on high risk junior oilers and miners etc.

Not sure if that sort of sale should really effect TEK (BELL more). The BELL sp and to a lesser extent TEK should be determined by the sale of warrants and IPO buyers versus any new buyers due to their lock ins so could be volatile. Any sterling news should generate a substantial rise on BELL which will help TEK along too.

Guidant got a wedge of the last raise. They can also take the crowdfund route. See Lucyd, Belluscura and Salarius. Shaves a percentage off TEKs stake but preferable inho

I think 24 large companies carrying out microsalt testing and sending truckloads of their prodcut at a time (serious sample testing!) and Guident on boarding customers in a matter of weeks is pretty enticing.

From a chart perspective the SP here is looking week. MACD and momentum signalling a sell and now out of it's uptrend channel. Could be heading to the low 40s

A good Salarius update would be great, but Guidant and Lucyd could spring news at any time.

Imho I reckon Lucyd would be the next company to float as they are a bit further down the road and also appear to have finally nailed it with the lucyd lyte product.

Flurry of buys this morning, either pre empting clues in the presentation or there is a clue in forthcoming presentation.

That or there's an RNS in the system.

Whatever it is, it's looking good
