That's an excellent point Meddler. Especially with all these companies stateside. The next step will be to dual list on the NASDAQ. Maybe the Belluscura FDA clearance assume it comes could be the trigger for that.

Interesting that they have chosen not to do this in the infant stage of these companies. Maybe they've worked out that overall once you get a bit of traction, that this would create maximum impact on the listing.

They have just got to do it haven't they and TEK management know what they are doing so there is a reason they haven't done it yet and it's timing imo.

There is a lot on the horizon to look forward to here.

TEK also have an option to buy a further % of shares too. I'm not sure of the deal though but it well may be at a price below market value (like warrants) which could be pretty lucrative too.

Not that I would mind. I'd be more than happy with that and Clifford Gross did mention a special divy a while back. Could be a very decent special divy. Considering our lowly market cap it could easily equal it. Imagine that - Your whole stake back in cash and you 've still got your shares for the ride :)

I think the drop was more the sp technically unwinding a little as it was overbought so respecting some of the oscillators. As I type it's 14-15p on the spread so already bouncing back which is good news.

It's got winner written all over it at this lowly market cap as you said yourself :)

I have no idea how long FDA clearance takes (although we are all hoping it's fast tracked and quicker if you have have previously submitted and have had feedback etc) but have to dispute your comment about the units not being built when they highlighted them in their May 2020 annual report.

Here is an FDA report clearly identifying 29 xplor2 units arriving in Long Beach California from Yantian Mainland China on 3rd June 2020 - Factoring in a few weeks shipping time etc it's not unreasonable to assume they had been built by the time the May annual report was issued.

Maybe you can 'unclench' once you have satisfied yourself that the delay was Covid related as stated by TEK in a June RNS shortly after :)

Depends what TEK do with the TI. If they sell on their stake then buying directly into Belluscura would maintain exposure.

If they keep it then less attractive to buy into unless you are really 'hot' for it. I agree that medium term Belluscura will make a packet.

We're all here because we know when that RNS drops no one will be able to buy a decent stake. If you want to be buying more than 5000/10000 etc you need to be in it to win it beforehand. We've seen it all before.

It had to unwind a little as it was overbought and also there will have been a fair few getting on board around 10p who are happy with their profits. All pretty standard and as TEK progresses buyers will be getting in higher.

News from somewhere (who knows who first) is imminent so I wouldn't be surprised if the SP firms up this afternoon. It drifts down on low volume which is what we've seen over the last few days. Won't take a lot to reverse it and with the low liquidity as soon as there is any sort of demand we will see a steep rise imo.

Good luck with that ARGO. Don't forget this remains High Risk so be careful. Personally I wouldn't over extend here, nor short. It's a high risk, highly volatile share.

Lot's of money to be made here however you play it. Crazy if you re shorting it. It can go anywhere in the blink of an eye.

I use halifax (iwebsharedealing). Seems ok to me and it's a fiver a trade which is very reasonable. I'm sure there's lots of good platforms out there though and that others can recommend too.
