Morning Agricore. I tend to agree. All these patents will effectively take these innovations out of the market place. Get enough of it in your house, and you'll get taken over for the tech which will in turn by incorporated into someone else's product. They may well leave the original business as a stand alone going concern but the value will be in the tech.

I think this is where lucyd and others are heading. Personally I'd very much like to see Lucyd taken out before anything else in the portfolio.

Also need to know if they'll be off the shelf, stock regen shocks or custom built to fit specific models. If the latter more likely to be a collaboration and pre funded. It's impossible to work out at this stage.

Good morning Sea. Still waking up so working it out. I think the clue is in the subsidiary company they've established and that they'd raise independently through them and not through a TEK handout, a bit like the Lucy crowdfunds which were ok. Should underpin a market value lfor the shocks part of the business.. Might have to wait for a bit more clarity

Just on may out the door Sea. Spain was great. Have a lot of old friends that live there and others that made there way over to La Cala for a festival over there. Not normally my kind of thing but it was a good excuse to get a few of us all together. The years are ticking on so friends become more precious in many ways (I've lost a few). Just about missed the rain. Hit around late Saturday night but Sunday was okay and caught a very, very late flight out of there. Just a whirlwind really !

Please don't base your Bell trading on my thoughts, seriously. It s kind of easy when you hold TEK anyway to let it go if you miss a bargain entry. As I've said before we benefit to a degree from any rise in SP there regardless. It's always been the case when it comes to interims/finals, write ups etc (whatever rubbish comparisons anyone may make) so not difficult to take a relaxed view. I'm sure countless will disagree with my comments and they may be right.

Yes let's hope. Either way September will be hot all round, more so for growth/speculative stocks which are dirt cheap. So much money on the side lines.

Add to that the kind of news we expect and we could see a happy place around here.

I'm still forecasting Bell to get away one more placing at around 40p and then they're away IMO. Just a guess based on charts(believe it or not) and where I think the SP may be heading and what we know about their funding etc. The sooner the better because I think that's what's holding their Sp where it is. Could be wrong as it's my opinion only.

People can say what they like but for those that have been around for a while and the sort of businesses connected to the like of TEK's portfolio companies we know that TEK can smash all these conservative forecasts, in the blink of an eye, when the wind is up.

If it's sold trade sale (Harald as done it before) It could easily be that and upwards. They are operating in a niche filed and are tight with the government. Florida Grant, Jacksonville state transport etc. Also in with a tier 1 producer for the shocks.

This doesn't sound like mickey mouse stuff to me. They'll get bought out/absorbed by a large player and it may happen sooner than people think. Especially as everyone in the UK is probably underestimating the speed of automated vehicle development state side.

CM knows as much as you do LOL and CC, probably more by the sound of it - Why don't you take a stab in the dark valuation of what you think Guident may be worth ($20 million 6 months ago and making giant strides since).

Excellent update and they're getting paid. Shock absorbers, 'thriving' relationship with Jacksonville the campus, space florida grant and an ever expanding pipeline. It's going to be worth a fortune

.so If I buy today I will have more shares than I started off with ,with stacks of new info.
