Not far off. I truly expect a lot of news flow in September. There's a lot going. We can expect to hear all about Guident (a lot going on there), The Microsalt IPO and Belluscura s launch of their new product.

It's the only thing holding the Bell price where it is imo, but will hopefully be addressed in the the non too distant. They have a bright future and it's nearly there but the market is looking for how much/fast they can produce in order to work out if they can scale up. They'll get there in the end though. I'm 99.9% certain :)

Me too Sea. Just can't help thinking there will be one more raise and I think if that happens that might be a good time to get in. We're seeing the order book but not the sales.

I d be perfectly happy to see it take off without a position though. It's always held more weight with regard to TEKs SP than Lucyd, (even before they embarrassed themselves with the last raise)

Thanks for posting your pov LoL. I'd say there are 'implications' in there with regard to Microsalt and inferences that there are more key players lined up, set to employ microsalt in their products. Yes. I'd say in about a year Bell could be worth multiples of where it is now. I mentioned a few weeks back they may just need one more small raise for a clear runway (could easily be wrong there) and it's always been about what they can produce with Bell, not who's going to buy it, but regardless, all that will be pretty irrelevant in the great scheme of things. Very good news because a couple of months back I was starting to view Bell like I see Lucy. Very different opinion today.

I'm very positive that everything will come together quickly here so a lot of confidence restored I think. We can rest easy I think.

Wow. Morning rise already added about 1.5p-2p intrinsic value to Teks baseline. It's not going to happen overnight gor Bell or TeK but that RNS paints a very pretty picture. Unfolding very nicely

I dismissed Lucyd on their last raise. Guident aren't listed yet. If we're to believe TEK management the plan has always been a private sale. Not sure why but they aren't following the same pathway as LUCYD and Microsalt. Reasons will become clearer in the near future, I can only assume at this moment

My point is you are very predictable. The same article implies people cash in September. I think in our new markets (your words, not mine) where everything has changed due to covid and the war (even though TEK hit highs of 37p/38p during Covid, that cash is already off the table so imo this article is nonsense. It's easy to find any article to back up what you want to say. That's the internet for you.

morning sea. yes. very poor financial management of lucy. the raise with all those warrants attached was bordering on pathetic imo. i guess they were desperate to pen the reebok deal but we're now witnessing the aftermath. best outcome here would be a buy out. any price. just get rid. the good news is everything else looks pretty good and progressing well. august always pretty sp**** newswise but i think we'll see good action in september

It's what we say from time to time on here. It's easy to overlook Guident in the UK, as we're way behind the states but they won't be overlooked for much longer IMO

I think you want to get your max stake in her by September imho. I expect the Aim market as a whole to improve with a rotation out of blue chips into high growth as interest rate increases plateau before decreasing. Add to that some of the advancements TEK have made over the last few months, the news that's due and the growth we may expect to see from their listed companies, it could move fast.

Agreed, especially if we think back to the original CEO! They'll be along with the IPO. I reckon we ll be able to work out some rough projecions ftom there. Might also give us some background on growth which we can extrapolate from. Let's see.I reckon we'll here something in September/October regarding the IPO

Very difficult to put a valuation on it. TEK will tell you they use independent assessors. Clifford Gross is on record as saying that.

The IPO will reveal all with regards to sales figures, so we'll get a better picture when that comes through.

The IP property with patent will be valuable and as you say limited R & D required going forward.
