Some of the business Microsalt have done, and in particular their tie in with a Fortune 500 gives us reason to be hopeful. At least they've waiting for better moments, rather than just rushing it through

Good news. Personally I'd be more interested in the terms and conditions. The Belle IPO was good. Lock in, no warrants (or negligible If I recall correctly)

The Lucy IPO was trash.

I'd rather they underpitched the IPO and good good terms so that the take off is a success.

Something to look at over the coming weeks I imagine.

It s fair to say I barely read any of your posts. How's a hypothetical £30 million 3 ways ? That would yield a decent divi and a very strong sp imho.

£30 million doesn't sound a lot for the Regen shocks if we're talking OEMS. It's peanuts, assuming they were interested

As usual you're not thinking expansively enough Lol. It's beyond you. If the scenario I outlined came to fruition I assure you that the SP would be boosted handsomely, so much so that you might not be underwater. If they just paid the whole lot to shareholders as a divi the share would get sold off massively after ex Divi date.

Hard to put a time frame on it but I can see them hiving off the Regen Shocks and splitting the money 3 ways.

1. Money for Guident to accelerate their core business. 2.Money for TEK management to bring on/fund a new start up. 3. A dividend for shareholders.

I think most wold be happy to see something like that ?

Beta stock. No fun on a retrace but you can get rich when it hits the sweet spot.

It will be interesting to see where this is year end with so much news due on multiple fronts.

Yes. Lot s of headroom and potential. Guident were also telling us that they'd hope to have nailed a non exclusive licensing deal for the regen shocks in about 3 months too. If it were a major, that would be massive imo as it would unveil the true potential and increase the chances of the new company getting bought out

I wouldn't get too excited Castle. Someone will be a long to tell you they're all artificial trades and the tea leaves didn't predict this in a minute.

Morning Sea. A whole host of buy signals out there so moderate to good news should see an uplift IMO

If we can clear 14.43 (current 200 SMA - these targets move marginally day to day so subject to change) we'll be in a happy place. It'll be a good one to crack on the way up
