Harald Braun said approximately 3 months with the shocks but I can't quite remember when. Maybe assume 4 as they seem to underestimate all the time scales.

However. If you have a multitude of products that you don't want to change the taste of at all. I mean they will taste exactly the same with lower salt content then there is zero risk in making the change. Zero. That's why fortune 500s are sniffing about. It's not about there being very little difference in taste to a product. It's about there being NO difference in taste to said product. If new regulations come in can you really see larger food manufacturers switches from standard salt to potassium chloride if they can stick to salt? Really??. It's quite an easy concept to comprehend

Morning Agricore. I guess my main concern is the cash. We don't want it diluted to oblivion. I must admit I ve never tried the product so good to hear your positive review and look forward to the update. It's how long they take to get cash positive that it's really all about and therefore the next 6 months is critical. I'm very much looking forward to being proved wrong, believe me!

Morning Bads. I can't in all honesty see how they can be anything but weak. Should be stocking them in Nautica now (might have been Eddie Bauer, I can't quite remember) and the remaining two in the New Year, I think, but happy to be corrected.

They literally have to hit the ground running and they need to sell them fast as soon as they hit the shops. That or get some sort of deal.

I agree with that CM. 100%. Lucyd has really coloured how the outside view TEK, even if it's not entirely surprising to followers. Hopefully Microsalt, Guident (the best of them all imho) and Bell.when it's up and running will highlight Lucyd for what it really is, an emotional family folly

With Lucyd (sic) Cashed up for their journey (even if it's to nowhere), Bell funded through it's reverse takeover, Guident splitting their company so they can raise without the need for TEK's 'capital' to fund the regen shocks (Haral Braun), and Clifford Gross on record as saying new projects won't be on stream anytiem soon, assuming microsalt get their IPO away (hard to gauge) - the only need for funds will be to pay Gross's salary and bonus. That will be an awkward one haha.

Interested to see how you worked your valuations out Learning. Most of us are struggling with Guident and Microsalt so anything you can add would be useful

I doubt anyone is going to fall over themselves to buy lucyd smartwear off amazon anytime soon.

They might by Eddie Bauer, Nautilus and Reebok licensed smartwear though. That I can see.

In the presentation Guident was referred to as having over 1000 customers. Hard to fathom what a customer is exactly but I'm guessing they're talking about the existing customers of some of these collaborations.

That software is definitely getting utilised and it's not appearing (famous last words) to cost a lot.

If they don't think partnering with ADASTEC is worth an RNS I look forward to what they do think is worthy of news.

Low Hanging fruit was the term used to describe the projects that will be kicking off next year. Basically buses and delivery vehicles.

They're going to kill it

In fact the word mult million dollars of sales was used for all companies in 2024. If that comes to fruition, that would be a good start.

That and a marked improvement in macro economics should see a strong recovery. Small caps always recover more spectacularly when the wind changes

If the SP hadn't been trashed we'd be raving about it. I can't be as well informed as some on here because there was detail in there I wasn't aware of, especially with regard to Guident.

Already up and running and getting paid by the Jacksonville state authority. We knew that. He mentioned that other states would likely be using this model. Let's hope it's a thorough success as if so it sounds like it will be employed in a lot of other states. It's an easy solution if it's proven to work.

24 projects on stream next year with up front payments and recurring payments. The word multi million pounds sales was used. Software has massive margins so they are so far ahead of where I thought they were and that's just their RMCC business. Guident has to be the best of the lot IMO

Microsalt. We know most of this but a little more detail - Sounds like 2 fortune 500 companies onboarded to me, maybe the 2nd on completion of the IPO and raise. Revenues of £80/90 billion and they'll be using it on many of their products and not confined to on geographical location.

Confirmed that a 'number' (I realise that 1 is a number) of fast food snack companies are in the process of testing the salt for their buns and sauces.

Should expand rapidly imo. They seem suitably excited but I guess it's a presentation so of course they'll sound positive.

Lucyd. Cashed up for their journey and they were asked to produce the safety glasses by the sound of it. Let's hope cashed up means they can start raking in a return as they've given plenty of Lucy away with the poor raise. Sceptical but I'd be happy to be surprised. It would be nice to hear they are selling like hot cakes early next year. I'll reserve judgement on that for now.

Bell. Not much worth repeating on here. We all know the deal

He refused to get drawn in to the very 'valid' comment in my opinion about buying shares and rebuffed it with we're not going to telegraph buys and sells. Unfortunately no CEO will telegraph either but I'm glad he had to hear it. At least he knows it'd be a smart move.

I think there is a lot of scope for rapid recovery hear. Fingers crossed we get an uptick soon. The microsalt IPO should kick it all off but there sounds like there should be a lot of supporting news around it.

It's fair to point out that current macro conditions are out of his control and the Aim Allshare index is sitting at multi year lows but he never gets to feel it, he won't even buy a few to instill confidence.

It would be good if he skipped the bonus and bought a few shares D.Monies, more so because the SP has been trashed. I think I can speak for most if I were to say we'd all agree with that.

Problem is, TEK's share in it has dwindled to around 11%. So even if BELL were to double in value, TEK would only rise 11%, assuming its other holdings stayed the same.

Bell market cap 35 million ? roughly 3.75 million to TEK (roughly) doubled is another 3.75 million. Teks market cap is 15.5 million. That's about 25%
