Microsalt itself has updated it's website. Strange Ticker. I think there may be a name change on the cards (CAML)

Easy to read into something that's not there but I'm glad to see that Hagreaves Lansdown have Microslat installed, and ready to go for market data when it IPOs. Bodes well, especially as Hagreaves was one of the brokers involved in the primary bid, with AJ Bell. AJ Bell still has the 18th as the target date. Fingers crossed they don't pull it, or delay it, as they did with LUCY

Not seeing a massive amount of selling here myself. Just small PI sales bar one huge sell for £182k yestereday. That probably took a while to put together and it's what's trashed the share price from 50pish. Doesn't take much. We saw what happened when TEK sold a million quids worth. literally halved the SP whilst they were putting it together.

A nice bit of news, any news should see a turn about. Other than the RTO related stuff, anything due ?

Dirt cheap. Don't think Lucy and Bell are helping but Bell likely to have a bright future once everything is sorted there.

Management very quiet instead of pumping this, which I think i probably prefer. Means the SP should react very positively to a decent update/valuation etc.

There's definitely something tasty going on with the whole Regen shocks and the Revive thing but expect someone to turn up and tell you all about Audi regen shocks from way back. You know how it is.

I'd very much hope we might get a few clues as to how the IPO book building is going next week.

Just read you get 180 days to regain compliance so half a year. With their product coming on line for Nautica Q4 and Reebok Q1 24 they have plenty of time to turn it around if they're capable

Microsalt can't get trading fast enough in my opinion. I think all of the 3 other companies and progress really well and TEKs Mcap is so small that they don't all have to 'win'.

Fingers crossed we get a good valuation for Microsalt. Neck on the line I think they'll value it at $35-40 million ($50 million with my roses on), including the raise, so leaving $25-35 million booked value to TEK. That's my guess anyway

The Bright side is they may be forced to sell it. Even at a knock down price, which it effectively will be I think that would be well received.

So message to TEK management. Sell Lucy for anything you can get for it and be done.

It just makes their last raise and the warrrants at $1.20, effectively pinning the price below $1 imho, seem even more 'donkey' than I originally gave it discredit for.

Yeah I agree. Tie it in with some bona fide experience and wedge, a bit like Bell, or cut it loose and use whatever minimal proceeds to start off something else

Should be a reasonably quick 30/40% if all goes to plan but could be volatile over the next few months. I'd like to see how it all unfolds over the coming months though. I think sometime next year may be a good time to start proper stake building, assuming they can demonstrate they can actually produce the flipping things !

I'd add to that that I could see why some of these multi national companies might want to get involved in buying a good slice of Microsalt (the company) if they're getting involved with the product.

Indeed it's an excellent interview. I think I may have seen it a couple of days ago somewhere, probably here.

He sounds very confident and some interesting points. They're not going to licence and they are focusing on multi national food companies (music to our collective ears I imagine). Also that have had/are having a great reception

I think once funded they'll be penning deals very quickly imo. I wouldn't be surprised if they have letters of intent already.

Some interesting comments about how, even though it obviously costs more that some snacks like nuts etc have to be salted twice but only need one application with Microsalt (presumably because it bonds better). May apply to other snacks too.

Labelling and product placement are probably also worth a premium too so I think we can see how these larger food manufactures will buy it. I'm sure there will be economies of scale and they'll be able to produce it at a lower cost too so the multi national company route makes all the sense in the world.

Not much not to like with that interview. I'm sure we're all eager to get a gauge on how much the company will be valued at. That will come soon. I also think that they have a good chance of hitting the ground running. Smart CEO. He's clearly put the ground work in and he knows what he's doing imho.
