2. Why has the product taken so long too gain traction. Answer. Rome wasn't built in a day. No major innovative product finds it's way to market overnight. That's what the proof of concept was about. They also needed the finance to be taken serious, hence proof of concept, IPO and major funding. Main point though is that until recent regulations there was little pressure on food providers to address this.
3. Potassium Chloride substitutes. I'm sure they've got good reviews for 1 simple reason. Consumers has nothing to compare it with. Your doctor tells you, you have to cut out salt, you'll be made up if you can find a product, any product, that tastes remotely like salt. I would. Doesn't mean I wouldn't prefer a 'better' product.
