6.8 million (ish) shares. 4.5 million in placing with a further 4.5 million in exercisable warrants

so 6.8 + 4.5 11.3 ish million or 15.8ish.

TEK currently own 5 million so will be holding 44% now. Assuming warrants are exercised, which they will be if the SP makes them worth buying, somewhere in the region of 31.5% but with $9 million + whatever's left cash reserves.

Sound about right ? - They better pull a monster rabbit out the hat. Not great for TEK holders. Anyone holding lucy or who bought off the back of the Reebok RNS at prices up to $3.40 etc must be sick to the stomach.

Yeah - Badly handled. Why didn't they let the SP run with Reebok deal before raising. Hard to fathom.

It's actually the same. The SEC filing was a raise at $2.10 for a unit, with a pre paid warrant. I think these ones are at $1.05.

Lucy holders are looking at hefty dilution if the full whack is raised. LUCY/TEK alright I suppose because they'll have the cash.

May also be tail swallowing in action.

It'll likely settle around 135/140p for a while imho but then WDIK as they asay !

PS. Once lucy's raise is done and the shares are on the market (could be a while) a long at somewhere between 135/140 (target) would be a very enticing trade. Anyone agree ?

All Cash reserves boost the market cap, in theory. Important point is what it's for, hence my comment about inventory

Probably worth mentioning they are proposing a raise with no discount, so a straight share swap for shares. That is quite unusual and shows a good appetite and bodes well for good share growth

People hear the word 'placing' and run a mile in this climate.

Fact is, our holding in Lucyd will be reduced to a degree (depending on how much they raise).

Question is what's best. 53% (or something around there) of a company not guaranteed to succeed and low on cash reserves and all the doubt that goes with that with a mcap of $18 million etc, or say 35% (we don't really know) of a company fully funded for 2.5 years etc which with this mega deal and more to come could easily hit the $100 + mark where TEK may look to cash in.

If Lucyd raise it should primarily be for inventory on a large scale so should come back. I would hope that design and advertising costs will reduce on a sliding scale as they progress. Let's face it Reebok will sell itself. They've had to do it to get where they are of course

I expect what they are doing is the right way to do it but others may not see it that way or don't want the imho shortish hold.

My view anyhow - The portfolio companies need to just keep progressing. The microsalt IPO will create a huge buzz and it'll be interesting to see the details.

RSI - lot's of headroom there so scope for a bit of a jog on Northwards even without news.

I wouldn't worry about it it. Hold until the end of the year and you will know what I mean.

1. Guident - Looks like all automated vehicles in Florida will be running through their RCC + all the rest of the work they do

2. Microsalt. Set to IPO this year and I'm sure they will. Last we heard they preferred to list on AIM because of how Lucy

went. They may rethink this and switch back to the NASDAQ. The markets in the US are in much better shape now and

far better than the UK markets

3. Lucyd. By the end of the year they'll be gearing up for a massive 2024. More deals to be signed in between.

4. Belluscura ? They look like they've hit rock bottom. I sincerely hope this is the case and that it's one way traffic from

here. If they recover, they are likely to recover quickly.

6 months is not a long hold and Bonkers has already kindly shown you the chart. 50p achievable with the right tailwind and by the end of the year imho.

With TEK it's always ups and downs but they hold the potential to blow away any predictions anyone is making on here with something extraordinary.

I'll go back to sleep now but what I've posted is about the long and short of it. RNSs will pave the way from here on

Morning CM. It's a fabulous endorsement whatever it is. These brands aren't going to attach themselves to anything that they don't rate highly. It's really pleasing to see all these high end companies associated with TEKs portfolio.

Where did you see someone suggesting REEBOK may be the next tie up. You want to follow them, whoever they are !

I agree. No exclusivity on these Lucyd deals, nor Microsalt. They are looking like Winners to me

Target 31p. Tekcapital’s NAV per share was adjusted to $0.38 (31p) per share as of the end of 2022.

6 months on, that NAV is pitifully out of date already and will become more so by the end of the year

Mega brands, fortune 500 companies, state projects and backing etc is all we hear about these days. Just need Bell to drop a nice RNS and it's great progress on all fronts

Agreed. CM - They don't need that much omnibus paribus. Got the technical stuff done and the range sorted, done all marketing etc and still got a few million in the bank. It's time to conquer Asia. We've always said that's where this gadget belongs

That's right Wozzer. It's going to be worth a bomb. We could do with hard news at 15/16p & 20p and there s a whole host of sources that can come from.

See all those little 250 sells. Looks like someone trying to fill an order to me. Interesting to see if a big one goes through over the next few days. We've seen a couple of whoppers a few days ago.
