Theoretically question. If Bell was sitting at £1, Lucy at $5 (stable, not a spike) and Microsalt was floating imminently for £50/60 million dollars and TEK were retaining say 75% ownership after they raise etc. Where would you see the TEK share price at ?

I totally understand your views which you are fully entitled to (everyone on here is) and I saw the podcast with Cliff you refer to but interested to know if the above scenario played how you think that would effect the SP?

That's right CM. Dowgate don't have to be right. Punters, quite rightly, take Broker projections with a good pinch of salt - However if they can even into Championship, or League 1, that will be plenty good enough from where the SP sits. Food for thought. Just an RNS confirming everything is okay, even if productions is slower than originally anticipated, for example, and the SP should react very positively.

I don't think CM was being overly analytical, to the point of exact figures Agrigore. Just implying that at a PE of 35 (a figure rightly or wrongly used for tech growth stocks frequently) that from where the market cap is now we'd be talking about x30 but we all know that there's a hell of a lot that needs to slot into place before that. His comment implies no further raises and hitting the dowgate forecasts. Is that likely ? I doubt it, but even so, there is scope for many multiples if Bell management can pull it's finger out. That's hard to dispute and I think that's all he was implying.

A nice RNS here would see a very good rally imho but it's a waiting game until then

I could probably understand the weakness in TEKs SP with the macros out there except for this snippet on the 23rd May

This will lead to placement of several of their snacks using MicroSalt® in lieu of traditional salt, beginning with 800 stores by Q4 2023 and likely expanding across more than 7,000 store locations thereafter.

TEK seems to overreact to BELLs sp (which is appauling) and ignore everything else. The sooner they get Microsalt listed the better. There may be a seller out there but it's a strange place to be unloading if so.

I don't think anyone believes the shocks are going anywhere so anything there would 100% add to the bottom line. Harald appears intent on pursuing this even thought it's not the core business so you'd think there has to be something there but we can only muse until we hear otherwise I think

May I suggest we just use one thread. Can't see why it makes any difference, with just a vague heading like TEK CAPITAL.

I'm losing the will to live switching between threads to see who's written what. If all could post on the same thread (yes all) it might help.

Tick up if it sounds like a good idea and then I or anyone can just start the thread and we can see stick to that one.

I agree. What a smug post. He also forgot to mention he bought somewhere around the 20p mark a couple of months back and trotted out almost replica post then. If he sold that tranche he forgot to mention it so what's the point of crowing about the one successful trade. Anyone could do that

Regardless of the NAV calculation up to 31/12/22 - The post reporting highlights make very good reading. Microsalt appears to have made more headway in the last few months than it's entire history added together, although that's how scaling up a business works really. However they have calculated the NAV it's likely to be in front of where it was at the end of 31/12/2021 imo

Yes Sea. We kind of had to get them out the way. Results done, recent placings etc. Should be a clear run from now so 'wait it out' mode or block buster news. Not much more to say

Morning folks. I think the problem is that TEK is valued disproportionately, primarily on BELL (performing poorly) and to a lesser extent LUCY. It will have to change when they're IPO'd. You can't ignore a 'listed' valuation

Results are always way behind too so can be pretty meaningless.

Short summary.

End of year. Bell worth more than today

Lucy worth less than today

Microsalt & Guident have to be worth less than today (especially Microsalt with it's recent contracts)

Not really much to say here except considering where the share price is there's a lot of ground to make up. NAV should be worth quite a bit more today even with the devaluation in BELL (which really should recover from the gutter valuation it has attached to it)

I'd take that too but can't see it happening unless a major steps in to head off the IPO of course. That could always happen. The talk about Guident has always been trade sale though, so you never know Lord LOL. We might get a pleasant surprise one of these days
