And I wouldn't underestimate their ability to tie up with some of these manufacturers. All portfolio companies seem to be hitting the mark and seemingly get an audience easily enough. I'd put that down to the quality of CEOs and TEKs management/connections myself, but I realise not everyone is of the same opinion.

Got to give credit where it 's due though, whatever school of thought you're in.

I think a lot of us are out of touch or not particularly attracted to smart glasses BAF. That's where I'm off at a tangent anyway, but I'm trying to educate myself. The market is massive so it obviously is an attractive product to many. Anyone with any reservations at all will be wanting to be proved wrong of course.

I think the thinking is also down to the other portfolio companies filling gaps that are 'necessary', ie medically, or statutory etc so easier to understand.

I'm feeling pretty confident that explosive growth isn't too far away and lots to look forward to

Indeed, the Microsalt pending contract is very good news. Supermarket own brand will shift a lot of salt and is setting Microsalt up as a wholesaler, which is where they see themselves. If they can get that off the ground successfully, I can see them inking the same deal with lots of others. Nice :) All good for the IPO too. I think they may have learn't from the LUCY float.

The lucy app, seems to have gone down well too which is a bit of a Brucie !

Hi Baf - personally I'm not a divi hunter, just like to see far fewer raises with much larger spaces between them and good Nav growth in between. Higher SPs and people can exit whenever they like, as always - I just don't view Bell like some may. As I said, it's TEKs lack of influence and Bell's management I'm not onboard with. Good chance they'll raise again (and again) and TEKs (our) holding will be diluted. Add to that the £1.50 you mentioned because further away and harder to obtain. It's that or Guident somehow manage to sell the shocks technology outright, although I think I remember hearing something about licensing the technology, so that leaves Bell as the stand out sell imho.

It won't be Lucyd, unless it's bought out. Not with Harrison Gross as CEO and it won't be Microsalt - Clifford Gross is now a director last time I checked Companies house (read into that as you will but it's no bad thing).

Although these things are hard to second guess, it seems reasonably logical. That or as Lordloadsoflolly mentioned. Top slice a few percent when Microsalt floats.

Let's hope they're making plans to dump Bell. They're not going anywhere fast. That would provide the war chest you refer to Lol and a scope for a special divi. They can sell from May onwards I believe. I think to make that plausible Bell would have to at least double it's SP from where it is now so they better pull their finger out. Although their technology appears to be excellent, I'm not overly impressed with their management. They seem a bit clueless to me.

It's a kick in the nads after the last placing. No-one saw that coming. Only positive that can be drawn from it is whether there's uplift to Microsalts IPO. That's a lot of funding so the pipeline contracts they're talking about better impress

Hi Mrozzy. Yes I expect we'll see a demo video at some point. I expect they'll do one at the show and knowing TEK will post a clip somewhere.
They should gain market awareness and also establish themselves as innovative leaders in the field at this show. It's all good I reckon

It's easy to dismiss these presentations and shows but TEK posted this on their twitter account so they obviously think it is a big deal.

Don't forget not long after floating they hosted a corporate presentation and their lowly sp (at the time) tripled in one day.

That's what happens with this very volatile/small float share. There will be movers and shakes there and probably most of the competition. It's noteworthy imho

Currently 10% down but that's nothing to worry about - close and open tend to align themselves closer to the bell and to be honest all the action seems to be in the afternoon.

Not sure what the regular out of hours trading is but volume this morning and it's still very early over there is already about 100,000 or $400,000 dollars worth if I've got that right (feel free to put me right if I've got that wrong) Seems high to me. Could be another interesting day one way or the other

They've already sold circa 1.5 million dollars worth of warrants at a re-negotiated price. Can't remember the exact figure but it was somewhere in the region of $3.5 - $.4 dollars.

Thought it was weird at the time but seems like and informed move from where we are now. Again, could be anything, but could also be stake building.

Yeah, pinch of salt. Couldn't even get the multiples right (not accounting for 67% stake etc) but it will happen one day.

I would say, it's not impossible that someone is taking a stake in Lucy though,,,high volume and the retrace getting bought. It does have the hallmarks but we'd need to see that buying action consistently over the next couple of weeks to pique my interest

Edit. Near on £10 million quid. I just gave our divi and the cash reserve a haircut...I'd still go that way, either on a smaller scale or if BELL could miraculously hit higher figures. They need a new CEO

Morning Veteran. It will highly likely be sold and TEK will definitely hit £1 (The Golden Nugget) in the future. The question, as always is when.

I agree with your observation regarding a cash reserve. I'd favour they sold BELL myself for different reasons. I think they have less influence on BELLs management and I think BELL need it but we're reading off the same page.

If BELL could recover to 75/80p and TEK could dump the lot they'd have near on £20 million quid. Distribute £10 million (6p divi?) and retain the same and we d be flying. No funding for say 3 years (at least) and LUCY/ Microsalt/Guident to bring home the Real Bacon.

A solid couple of days with Lucy ie, breakeven, small retrace or uptick etc and I think this will pop next week, especially if we get a bit of news in the mix. Might see some some strong positioning tomorrow afternoon.

It could easily end the day up. Didn't get motoring until the afternoon stateside yesterday. Bullish markets on CPI data over there so hopefully there is light of this very long and dark tunnel, around the corner.

Yep, It's got to stick. The market is understandably cautious. It spiked to $5+ dollars before but that was an orchestrated short squeeze. This appears to be a rise on merit/potential/clearly defined runway etc so hopefully more substance to it.
If the sp stays strong TEK will catch up
