I'd agree with that. TEK have a smaller stake in BELL so it's a different story, but with LUCY and likely Microsalt they hold/will hold large stakes. They're not going to sell until they want to so there will be less liquidity.

Respective companies will still need to make progress, release the right kind of news etc, but if they do there's potential for unusually fast rises. We saw that with Lucy a few weeks back with all the shorters scrambling to close, only to find there was no stock to buy.

We'll find out soon enough. Been said before but this year really is pivotal. There will be 3 companies IPO'd and Guident kicking into action.

Slaves to market conditions at the moment but when the tide turns, it will be a different story.

Seems a long way off but things change quickly in this game.

We're getting through the tail swallowing relatively quickly so should be ready to move soon IMO.

Good question too. IWhen they float they will capitalise at the same time for sure but I assume funding will be with each individual company after so TEK will literally become the sum of all it's parts unless it cashes in, which it will at some point, and backs more start-ups in the portfolio.

Guident is interesting because if they don't float, unless they are producing a good revenue stream they will need funding again at some point. (you'd want to exponential value added if so) We need more detail on the last deal and the shuttles to understand and also the ball park estimate as to when a trade sale might occur.

Everything else is pretty much easy enough to understand but it wouldn't do Clifford any harm to come clean and own up to making a mistake regarding 'special divi' talk. I'd respect that but I'm not holding my breath.

Hi Gheko. His last words on this were no special divis until respective companies are valued at $100,000,000. It makes sense to me but the question is why infer previously that they were on the short term horizon. Awkward question which I doubt will get a response mate

I've just had a skim read Sea and it's exactly how I thought it would be. It is what it is and I'm interested to hear the follow up interview which normally does the rounds. Microsalt. Can't really comment and I'll reserve judgement until I hear further details. They're expanding rapidly and if it helps increase the ipo valuation then it will be forgiven.

Guident. This ones a bit more complex. Testing the regen shoka, ok but not sure What 'buying shuttles on behalf of it's clients' means. Could it be that the outlay is with Guident so they can fit the software at source? The Estonian outfit with Guident are aiming to launch in H2 in the USA. Will this be incorporated into the pricing of any related deal. We need further detail which I hope will be forthcoming soon.

One post I do agree with is that TEk management shouldn't have spouted off about special divis until they were ready to pay. For anyone interested they won't be paying any special divis until the source (relevant company) is worth at least $100 million. That's on record. It may well be that they expected to have it those targets before the market capitulated. Bell was actually worth far more at one point. Either way, it doesn't matter. That was clearly a mistake

Quite meaningful that they intend to luanch Auve's vehicle(s) in the states 2nd quarter. Makes sense from guidents pov if they'll be using their remote monitoring software etc. Definitely gaining traction.

Guident will be at a big expo in Barcelona end of Feb too so good luck to them. Get in there and flog the shocks

We can probably assume that Guident technology will now incorporated into Auve au tech along with Perrone Robotics. Probably worth checking what they've been up to recently as it will have implications as to what Guident may be up to. Gla

Yeah, hard to work out with the UK. I suspect they need the float to fund it and expand. They've got the NED to make it all happen though so it has to be the plan.

We should be due news on Guident s new project getting penned, maybe some details, as it was at letter of intent stage last time we heard. It did take a while for the Jacksonville contract to crystallize though so I'm guessing it's just all part of the process.
