I've only got a rough chart for Lucy (not trading it) but it looks like it bounced off the old resistance line yesterday (130-135). That s positive. Fingers crossed that that's new support for now

Yes CM. That's the current valuation. It will be interesting when the final IPO valuation is released. They'll raise at the same time which is going to dilute TEKs holding to a degree. Hopefully we are talking about something similar, valuation and raise-wise to LUCY and BELL.

The Lucy float was poor. They got skinned and they're only just working their way through it now. The BELL float was far better terms imo and hopefully they ll get something similar. He did infer this when he spoke about floating on AIM and not the Nasdaq (ie more appreciation)

It was worth $ 4.5 million on the crowdfund. I know because I'm in. I think it was valued higher when they got investment for the salt shakers ($7 million I think or $9, my memory escapes me). It's going the right way and plenty of headroom. You only invest, ie crowd fund or independently and to some extent loan conversions when you think the valuation will increase.

Maybe something behind the scenes has triggered TEK's decision to convert.

An RNS with a multi-million dollar Microsalt contract would suffice!! Ha!

That would be nice Bads. Either A. It's a requirement pre float (doubt this somehow but stand to be corrected) or they have a good idea where the valuation will be on float or shortly after. It's intriguing and I guess we'll find out soon :)

I can never fully understand these conversations and pricing etc but it looks like they're doing a bit of housekeeping pre float before a higher valuation?

Hopefully they can stoke the SP with a good flow of news. Lucyd targets, circa $2 first, then $2.60ish should form a nice bowl and I'd expect a bit of sideways trading from there and then push on towards higher targets.

That would be the chart playing out in a perfect scenario. Anyone else got any views. It's not easy to read.

Yeah. You're both right with that one. No official proof, but we are led to understand that Microsalt are in discussion with majors (he hasn't made that up), but that they need cast iron insurance regarding production.

....Cue, Float, raise, expanded production/plant etc, major contracts.

It's mapped out really but they've still got to get it over the line

At the risk of sounding 'positive', recovering well from it's unwarranted fall. Getting on to another 1p value to TEK today. Hopefully Lucy can add something to the party. Understandable pause for breath on Friday and hard to go on charts as no historical data but they're looking good for a run.

Well. We have been near to 40p not that long ago before the market went South. That was good growth from the 10p region and that will happen again IMO. Luckily, I'm sure you're aware Victor is not around. I agree on your opinion there. Microsalt only got going when Guiney took over.

Reiterating that OEMs are 'VERY' interested in the Regen shocks and testing in their own labs.

I'd say this part of the business is ahead of the rest. One day an RNS will just drop out of nowhere on this.

Bit of a fade last night with Lucy but significant that it finished up, especially on a down day with the markets. Futures looking better today so good chance of more gains. Short stops taken out at yesterday's opening imo.

Perfect. Tested resistance this morning and Boom. Short squeeze yesterday got us over the line and now they're covering their harrises haha. That or big news inbound.

I'm pretty sure they're held by the entities that took up the offer when they floated so they may have an inkling of somthing that we don't. Obviously that would be illegal but trading had never been a straight game

Looking good today. I need to check my charts again but from what I recall $1.35 was offering strong resistance. Long way to go today stateside but nice start. Hopefully it will stick

Thanks for posting. Good tweet that. I think we can see how well they're doing and the UK rollout (Sainsbury's for starters and Asda now owned by Wallmart ?) planned for later in the year. They'll raise with the IPO to implement there.
