Yes I did. Squeezed into the last crowdfund, what seems like ages ago, It was a no brainer at a valuation of $4.5 million knowing how TEK were managing the portfolio. Much better exchange rate then too which should be a bonus. These multi awards clearly show there is little genuine competition and awards are definitely going to help when it comes to penning contracts. GLA. Hopefully they get this wrapped up soon and value at >$40 million. I note they changed there accountancy end of year dates. That's because they want the value of this float in the end of years. Should be 3-4 months from start but they're giving themselves a few extr weeks, just in case. It's definitely happening.

Without any uplift in Lucy and Bell (certainly I chance they get one) and assuming no further news on Guident (unlikely and we're waiting for confirmation on their 2nd contract win (letter of intent stage), and an IPO of $40 million (could be more but we'll say that) I'd guess mid 30 s +

Lots of naysayers here putting the boot in (classy) becuase they want to squeeze a couple more pence on their entry price, shows that interest is starting to kick in here.

It'll be a completely different picture a few weeks into the new year

We'd need details of the value to TEK which we won't know until we know what Microsalt are valued at. Then it's easy to value Bell and Lucy directly. With Guident you'll have to wave your finger in the air and work it out for yourself. Market mistakenly (imo) doesn't value Guident anywhere near what it's likely to be worth.

Knowing this share as the time approaches we'll get the write ups and valuations from the tip rags anyway

Christine le gard says times are tough and everyone sells off. Settles down a bit and everyone buys as it's all priced in. The tone of these speeches can trigger the market easily in these volatile conditions.

Yes, Thank you CM. He's the chap I was talking about. His he still Bullish on TEK. He should be all over the MicroSalt IPO. Don't read any of that stuff though so not sure if he's still tipping it or if he's moved on.

Hi CM. Yes, that sounds about right to me. I think they'll be an overall update right across the board in January, for TEK and lots of other companies.

Who was the guy tipping TEK last year, can't remember his name....Any subscribers here? With volume so low a tipping rag could give this a good lift before we get the news.

Morning TI. I wonder if they're deploying all the salt they can manufacture to the shakers and their commitments to the French Ready meal company. That's paving the way for where they really want to be. Sounds like they need the IPO so they can get the funds to really scale up production. Actually Cliff virtually said that, as their discussions with the larger companies need to know this before they commit. That all sounds logical to me. I think we might hear something about this quite soon, but could easily be the new year.

I think it will be a better IPO than Lucy and I think good RNS's will follow the funding. Fingers crossed anyway

Don't know about 1 trades but we could do with some News here soon to compliment the incoming Bellesura figures. Would be nice before Christmas but hard to guage whether contracts etc get shelved and penned in January once we get to here.

No reason why a new Nomad couldn't be assigned for the Microsalt IPO though. They need better calibre than whoever they used for Lucy and I think they know that.

Alpha stocks surging today after softer inflation data than expected in the U.S. Hopefully Beta stock to rally to catch up so we might get it. Couple it with some decent news and that'll be even better

I'd suggest production capacity is more important at the moment. We know they can practically sell everything they can make. They are due these figures in the non-too distant, or if I've missed them please correct me

It's bizarre that everyone isn't piling into this given that Microsalt will be IPOing first quarter next year. I'm guessing no one really tuned into that presentation. Even the questions were put forward by regular posters on here !

Guess we're going to have to wait for an RNS confirming it. Must be news not too far off

Evening all. Actually managed to listen to it live. Not bad considering I thought it was yesterday. I think everything has more or less been covered. I enjoyed that one. Very reassuring and to me, oozing confidence and he's not a faker. I particularly liked the bit about microsalt needing to IPO and cash raise because they are talking to larger food producers that need guarantees that they can produce in large quantities. Makes perfect sense. They're going places and fast. One of his better presentations Imo. Best Wishes all
