Thanks for posting TI - Hopefully they'll reach a few new investors with that. I think we pretty much know what he'll say having listened to a few of his podcasts recently and I'm pretty sure if you didn't know anything about TEK or Guident in particular, you'd be liking the sound of it.

Yeah, a couple of billion quid, but at least they'll own their own satellites. Their software takes up an awful lot of space.

I'm astounded the market isn't all over this, although they will be when a big RNS drops. Working with a big company (gotta be VW) with plenty of sic 'manufacturability' (ie money).

Add to that they're getting their software into Auve Tech s clients software stack and are embracing 6g using novelsat and their 2 contracts with Jacksonville state and the campus, they look like they're on their way to being massive. They seem to have circumnavigated high costs too which is pleasing. It's all happening right now as Harald says

I just can't fathom with all that's going on (even Lucyd looked okay on that report) why we are where we are. A little nervousness around BELL of course and I can see them delivering figures below guidance, but let's be honest 6p is worth 1p to TEK so from where they are now downside to TEK is pretty limited.;

It's a buy all day long.

Evening folks and thanks for posting Bads. I think it's okay personally. If they get anywhere near break even/ cash positive by year end that's pretty good for this type of business and sales growth of a successful company is often exponential. Still a lot of re-investing required to gear up. Intriguing that they raised circa $1.5 million via warrants at a renogiated $3.75. Not sure how/ why that came about.

Where as they obviously can't divulge anything too market sensitive it would be nice to hear they picked up a load of leads at the Barcelona Expo. Harald knows and has respect of a lot of industry people so I'm sure he held court whilst there.

Insanely underpriced now. Looks like we're going to have to wait for the RNS that blows the doors off. There will be no opening at 10% higher when that comes. You'll either be in or out in the cold. Not much else yo say until the market wakes up

The medical angle is knew to me and is going to bull uo the creds. Smart move but agree with Sea regarding the last paragraph. Good chance of multiple deals by the looks of it. Just one contract with a major and it'll be gravy all the way. Gl all

I disagree too. At some point we'll see the 30s, 40s, 50s 70s and a Golden Nugget. The million dollar question is when. All dependent on how fast these companies progress and a good macro tail wind.

Good to see this is all on track. Harald is pretty smart imo. Love the way they're literally stealing a march on the competition. They seem to be well ahead.

Once they Jacksonville contract is up and running we're going to see some figures and other state contracts, should follow.

The SP might not reflect it but really good progess from Guident. They and Microsalt are set to shine this year.

The ECB rate decision should be interesting. Although Credit Suisse is not within the ECC so to say, the central bank are looking at any exposure european banks have to Credit Suisse, which in turn will put pressure on them to curb their enthusiasm for hiking rates (decision today, and touted to be 0.5 hence as usual market wobbles for a couple of hours). We may be approaching an end to all this due to cracks now appearing in the banking system but we'll see

Thanks for your reply Tulsatel. My view is that they wanted to do away with placements but the market in general and Bell's issues made this near on impossible. .

'My beef is why the shares were sold at near low' - IMHO the share's hit their near low due to a few things but one major contributing factor was TEKs sale. As I mentioned before if TEK sell/part sell their Bell stake it won't do the BELL sp any favours.

I can assume by your post that you are pleased with BELLs management decisions? Their TECH is fabulous but I'm personally not convinced they acted quickly enough to head off manufacturing concerns. I might buy in once TEK have exited.

I'm pleased you sold you TEK shares higher, than were we are now, (although I seem to remember you bought at higher prices too).

Your strategy may work. Ultimately, if a black swan RNS were to drop, it would depend on what price the major holders are willing to sell at, There's still overhang, but that won't last forever, so they'll govern what price outside will be getting in imo.

Good luck with your strategy. I'd be interested to know what news will persuade you to pull the trigger, when it comes.

As you've referenced yourself as a Belluscura holder and presumably watched it all the way down from circa £1.50 to <40p I find it strange you don't post there.

I also find it strange that you are campaigning for a TEK special Divi. You do realise that BELL is highly likely, (unless Guident pull of a trade sale or flog the regen shock technology) to be the first they cash in. Can't see that doing Bell any favours.

Are you intending to stay in Bell until this happens ? Can't fathom your strategy, other than you think Bell is going to explode before TEK so you can switch back in ?

Hi Tivman. Just speculating. Less than 2 million shares increase so £300k value-wise of a 3 million (?) quid raise. Not inconceivable he's been forward selling. Hopefully we'll see some more Holding RNSs over the coming days
