Greengrass we all know the position. I was going to have a moan this morning but thought we are the nearest we can get. The Ukraine contract win was valuable, is quickly underway and will probably expand. A present there are a load of half progressed contracts but only one to two successes would be enough to keep the balance sheet healthy. It has been said so many times before but hold your breath a short while longer. I dont think it's any problem with product or pricing, it's just timing which is in the other court. Not happy with these big buys following panic sells, to see 500,000 possibly 1,000,000 snapped up in one day alone when we only have 127,000,000 in total means somebody thinks we are a future prosperous company and it's likely they could create a 'Forced Sale' takeover before SP gets going. I for am not selling and considering buying at these low prices. Would now like an RNS for reassurance from JC.

We know, or at least we are told that the product is excellent, I am not happy with the speed of our UK return and expect some accountability but things take time. I can still see us having a much larger slice of UK pie especially if we are more involved with DCC, we do not yet know the outcome of the review Bill until its through the Lords.

I think that there is a lot of hesitation out there and in the meantime the .5m (or 1m) is going to sweep up.

Hello BST.. I only mentioned .5m trade as I thought that the other may be a mistake. However it could well be correct and think 1m is 1/127th of the company in one go. Would not take long to build a working majority.

Hello Chianti..What made you think he was in Varanasi.. Also as the town is on the Ganges and populated there is a fair chance that signals are half reasonable there and around. How far inland did she visit. If I said a friend of mine has just come back from Bangladesh ans said ........ there would be questions who is this person what technical knowledge do they have etc..India is a big place so I will hold fire on investment decisions.

Hello Vas.. Looks familiar.. I asked on here a while back is DCC necessary and I think the answer was yes. The reason for this was when UK contracts were first issued and DCC was not developed did Smart signal get to Utility direct via SIM. i.e. Sim signal straight into Utility Control Room. As DCC could well be a victim of CAPITA's reviewing of their contracts and they have struggled with one or two Government contracts, what happens next. Is it new operator or bypass DCC.

Think on this stedon.. At the end of a day selling 10,000, 20,000 etc along comes a buyer who buys 500,000. Must be mad or clever and in the know. Look back and this has been repeated. You smell things so you say, I smell some sort of take over bid. Now who would be stupid enough to do that.

Now we down to .7p so who are winning, not us and why are they buying in bulk of .5m here, .25m there etc etc. Its a take over on the cheap and could well be a forced take-over which means we are all stuffed. Dont trust brokers and anybody in the market. If no quick action taken the ceiling of this gold mine is about to collapse on us, leaving the big boys to dig it out. Santander have suffered some big set backs over the years. To me there is now a question mark re Catalonia so possibly time to sell. In their heyday they were worth 1100p. Now its back in 500 rising from 350 and staying put could be time to get off at next station.

Rising against sold 43000 to buy 1500. Feels like there is a buyer in need.

Hello Lewis and maid.. So you are saying that UK contributes a very large percentage, so not going Brexit bust. The 49% would go to a good premium, which you could possibly purchase at discount, and be run by local management. As you say Emilio did this globally and usually with success. When Ana took over, obviously under pressure, she nearly crashed the company, if you remember SP in low 300's. She then went behind PI's and sold to institutions cheap, I will not forget that but obviously you have. The way forward is to replicate Emilio's style. He built in confidence which a bank needs.

The desire is still there with the new management to try and expand again. That needs cash and where better than the successful SantanderUK. They were so close to this 2 years ago and now is the time. You have opened up Pandoras Box for me so what is your vision or don't you have one.

As we are midway on this Q dividend cycle I feel the SP will rise towards next Pay Date. On my calculations there is all to play for in floating 49% of SantanderUK. It has returned to being a very good product.
