Hello Vas.. I thought EESL were covering the public sector not private utilities like Mysore, so possibly they cover 50% or more. My logic is it is no use going to these ISGF awards and coming away with wins if there are no prospects in India. Mysore pilot achieved good results probably on time, highly praised so will get rollout. No matter what stedon and Colour think of JC he's not that stupid. We just need the details of this rollout so that it filters into smart media, and boosts our moral. That contract should be the basis for an SP lift then Bangladesh, Ukraine, UK etc will start the road to a good turnover in next 2 years.

Do not get carried away Colour.. We already knew about the 5m. This is a small number spread over. I would now like CC to say what next step is for Mysore. The rollout will follow highly successful pilot of 21,000, so is that to start immediately and will it be the same i.e. CC taking lead for full installation on behalf of ENZEN.

Sorry Vas, slight misunderstanding there. The 50/50 I was referring to was 50% cash (spread over) and 50% leases. Even with our weak assets I think we could achieve a �15m.loan. I know its on first claim basis on a closure but it cannot get much worse.

My oversight of situation is: the product is good, the sales are good (but no timeline) however there is no cash flow. The question is why? I am in favour of 50/50 cash and then leases for CC's long term returns but that cash must be coming in now. There is no point in seeking pastures new until we have eaten this lot. I have the feeling that Connode fell into that trap, they were doing OK in homeland then went for UK and India, mistake going for both when UK were with SMETS2 so no return in near future and Mumbai which was small but required a big outlay. Has CC developed the North Mumbai sector further, heard nothing? Any share that I have been in I have always talked favourably of otherwise I would have got out. CC has good possibilities but a statement by CEO, cash and solid contracts with dates is a must. We have taken on board all these costly experts in their field but seen no gain. If I was a Fund manager I would have JC constantly reporting or just may be they know something. .

My concern is, like you, that there is no information at all, Considering there are so many sales at midway stage they cant all be bunged up in the pipeline (not that pipeline). That's what Harry was promoted to sort. I know we have discussed further dilution but I feel that that would be the final nail. There must be money flowing, it does not matter from where, and that would more than cover this years costs.

Just to finish, Colour.. As you keep saying read it closely, you will see they are having trouble financing loans, which will be passed on to villagers, and of course maintenance. Unless governments offer it for free, which they are not inclined to, in some villages where they do not have permanent jobs (or any Jobs) they cannot afford even basics. You live in a rich country where if you don't work there are always some bottom line benefits. Companies and countries do not say this so you only read what they give out. What does your friend in India think are these villages she visits rich enough for these loans. Switching screens now, that's something they cannot do unless in Delhi etc.

Having read up on solar on EDF I see no reference to pricing, why so cheap in India, the Tesla batteries are a fortune. In UK the cost of installing solar has to be spread over years. Feed in tariffs are constantly changing and of course if electricity is newly connected to a village who is going to pay the bills, they have never had one before, it's not as though they are thieving supply and if not connected to grid cannot feed in. Regarding basics, in China upon prosperity they soon moved from bicycles to cars, no holding back once unleashed. .

So we have cleared that up. The follow up question is what are their shareholders getting out of it. All shareholders like to know what is going on, you say CC should tell us more so what have TATA and EDF told their people that will please them immensely having just signed a contract that if you are right will also do them out of business. They must have another angle which I am sure we would all like to hear.

I think some of you should try to attend a meeting, unless you live in the Cayman Islands, you only really glean by personal interaction. You do not get a chance to change policy as the big boys voted by number before, so none of these annoyed questions that are banded about on here come up. As SMETS2 does not start until Y2/18 there would be no cash from that direction yet unless we got an advance. Vas, funny you should say that, no. Except my mind has been drawn to the RNS 4th Jan. JC said a large order had been put back a short while and will appear on 2017/18 figures. If on course this would be the stop gap needed until UK returns 4/18. This will no doubt provide some cash up front and being large may be more than we expected. Rightly said the SP is not the be all and end all, although it feels like it.

As we should now be getting near to results/income perhaps SS couldl give us a Newsletter on progress as liaison director for shareholders. He could speak on JC/Harry's behalf as they do not seem to have a voice.
