Hello jake.. The specifics from the AGM would not be the facts you refer to i.e. RNS. To me the reason for the rise in SP was that everybody expected bad news and immediate fundraising, that did not happen. However the most significant element was the attendance of major holders. For JST to attend ment he was paying serious attention to problems but did not intend changing BOD as their expertise could not be replaced. He will probably subsidise any advanced manufacturing costs. If he was not interested he would not have attended. He sees a big profit and will probably get it especially when he spins it out in his own controlled areas.

As matter of interest what was your take on individual items I raised i.e. UK expansion (from JC) to possible 35% and I said it is quite possible that UK Govt would want the CC software which is all SMETS2 meters activated as a fall back. JST does not want a takeover unless it is him but I think improvements in income in the next 2Qtrs will put CC in the target line. Nobody is expecting a quick result but borrowing seems to be put aside, JC has got a new venture with 'White Label' and advanced Omni. So good chances of uplift on a continuous basis. Actually Colour I think it is you that has lost the plot. You are so used to condemning that you cannot help yourself along with ITT and stedon. The SP rose on what was perceived as good news from AGM. However as a shareholder you cannot sit with that. Are you a holder now, EESL in India is going to control everything in India so you and your village people say, yet CC is still surviving and could well fill some of the 'notspots'. If still in then buy now and reduce your average while you can. It's only money and you could finish up a millionaire, LOL.

Hello Overfiend.. Only observations but deadly serious. On our last high point a few years back it was calculated, not by me, that CC would be worth £500m. We have had ups and downs since then but at present the contracts seem to be there or arriving, the UK contract is very likely to expand with guaranteed income. As I see it SP over next couple of years will be volume based. Contracts spread over too many years lose value because of expenses. Now that JST is on the scene I think there will be some Trump kick a***.

Morning All.. I wonder if it is going to be a bouncy day. Having time to digest AGM it was probably the best I have encountered for CC. I usually consider P/E, 1yr performance, 5yr, charts etc. However none of this applies to CC. It's purely what's in the bank and future contracts, taking into account leasing. I was pleased that JC said Iran should be alright for future contracts. Looking at extremes if we got whole of Iran (because others were restricted) then based on existing contract extrapolated out that could reach £900m plus a possible £400m as Iran supplies to surrounding countries. If JC's thoughts materialise regarding UK 'notspots' to 35% that would be a big guaranteed return. Should UK Gov decide that CC were switched on in all SMETS2 as a back up then we are talking of a least £100m possibly £200m. Bangladesh is an unknown at present but as we are in there could produce £100m. Do not know what India Pipeline will produce but at least £100m. Then we have any contracts that JST can produce. With JC saying he has produced 5 poss 6 'White Label' contracts so quickly there must be a lot of scope there. If half of my dreaming came to fruition we are talking a £1bn CC company. SP £8. Not necessarily as you put it sunilkumar. I don't know if Connode was a family company but I think part of the handover was to take the staff as Connode was folding. That software had been created and was subsequently tweaked. You do not need 2 levels of R&D so a logical reduction.

That would make us 840,000 buys against 645,000 sells, not bad.

Hello LTI, I think news is about to hit. Savings and culling VP's helped especially if it is at the hand of JST. Having big investors actively involved is also reassuring the market, as money is available from whatever direction and order book is improving now is the time to dip in, if they let you buy that is.

Unfortunately Colour you have no idea on CC at all. If JST had been overly concerned he would have taken CC over, sacked JC and put in another team. As it happens despite wielding the big stick he is satisfied to leave well alone after all he is supplying the contacts not the knowledge.

Give up Colour, that news is a lot better than all the negatives on this BB predicted. When you get the big boys in for a meeting and not pulling out you know there are good times to come. Unfortunately that would upset you. Not too certain what Res 6 means but probably curtails throwing shares around like confetti.
