Hi All.. As much as recent news has unsettled us I think we need to wait until AGM. If any money is coming from UK, Mysore, Sweden or anywhere else I am sure that JC will inform us. I say the following in 2 minds, I hope that JC does not reveal a takeover bid at AGM but on the other hand I would probably have to consider a reasonable offer. Chatting around my friends the above could happen.

No ITT, there are great possibilities here if have have turned, Possibly SS will be back towards end of year. This may just be an exercise to keep the wolf from the door. I made a comment on Nick Hunn piece.

Thanks for that, Vas. If Connode were leasing at that point there should be income coming in. Going over old ground we were told that 2018 was going to be the turning point, so as long as funds hold up and they should to the point that only a small loan would be required for expansion then the momentum is there to build. I reckon that JST will soon be buying in with surplus millions and as we are in penny stocks area others will be interested on slightest bit of good news. US President appears to be picking on electronics industry so some of them may have to reign in.

The problem is what has CC got to place. Is this the final touch for JST and then suddenly he produces all of the contacts in Far East once he has control.

I am breaking cover to wish Simon all the best. The only person in CC with his feet on the ground, easy to talk to with no flanel. At least he has not got to travel every week from his home in France. I think JC needs Simon for stability. I am just hoping that Simon did the good deed for the companies sake and it's not that there is not an once of good news for AGM. Good luck SS.

Hi All. I have repeatedly said we need disclosure of current income. Fall in SP could be halted with the right statement. I am coming off until after AGM. If there is anything left by then. PR is non-existent in CC. The BOD are watching it slowly moving to oblivion without adequate responses, may be there are none. Where is statement for Q1,Q2 income.

Hi jake.. I am inclined towards Toshiba now. As you say we do not know enough about JC's new offering. I get the impression it caters for every IoT. If it is contained in the meters then it would probably not cost a lot. He inferred that they, the companies on the panel, had seen nothing yet. A bold statement amongst your peers, mind you he was a bit p*** off with them for not getting more contracts. Got 4 should be 20 he said, but he has achieved more in that short time since.

As everything is conspiring to pull down CC SP esp money in the bank we now need to know income for Q1 and Q2. We have roughly established OK to year-end but any known income will extend that considerably. What income from old Connode licenses, what UK income Q2. there's money, it must be disclosed. No use JC saying that is next years accounts, the SP is affected by current happenings.

Hello jake.. These companies always seem to be tying up with different partners. The one thing about this latest CC offering is that it can link all IoT items together. Something that JC said was not previously the case. Finished up on Vodafone's chart for some reason and saw that they had fallen considerably. Someone will know why.

Hello Colour.. I don't know if you are involved in software anywhere else but this is not an unreasonable mark up. As we have been told the chips are but pennies and could be given away. On the other hand the software which loads time after time actually cost £30m. I don't think any meter manufacturer would want that bill. Hence could be taken over for a £1. a share (got it right this time), Cyan cum CC having done all the work and being slap bang up to date as we were when acquiring Connode software assets.

Don't be surprised to see us taken out. Not necessarily at a price we would like. We did ti to Connode and if our chip is useful that could be it.

Hello salty.. Must say I am not with IoT myself but as I understand it the appliances talk to the CC chip which presumably is in the meter. Others would probably come later if we go that way. All.. The registered software out values CC present I feel. Don't forget the mark up and in theory the R&D's done.

Exactly Vas, I hope JC takes this on board, possibly before AGM. I am surprised that a venturous meter company has not thrown a bid in. When we consolidated at 28p I was fairly confident of a bid of £1 for the software alone to take to their own R&D but the moment passed and other obstacles appeared. Whilst SP has been beaten down through uncertainty I still feel the software is worth £1 as it solves critical problems even for Vodafone.

I am concerned that we are being lined up for a take-over. Probably a nice little add on to L+T or as ever JST.

Thanks Jake. Vas the income from UK Contract has started to arrive in Q2 as JC said. May be from the start of production of SMETS2 which was originally due for installation from July18. Possibly not a lot but the fact that it has started is significant and will build quickly.

jake, a bit tongue in cheek from you after all that has been said today. If all the contracts had gone ahead as was expected SP would probably have been at least 75p and we would not be having these conversations. It is not and we have to wait a little longer. After years it would probably be an error now to pull out when the year-end could see a complete turn-round in fortunes and BST might buy back in.

Hello Vas..Not a lot I should imagine as SMETS2 does not start until Sept/Oct but payments could be received in advance or on production for stock. The main criteria is that it starts and should grow sharply as UK Government want it completed in a couple of years. There is a fair chance that anywhere that slightly hits communications problems, such as multi-story buildings, will be switched to RF to speed up the works and once on will stay on receiving full lease payments. So the �25m/�37m forecast could be increased dramatically.
