Hello Vas, long it is. One item, GCHQ security, whilst it appears that amendment 3 annual assessment was not proceeded the risk element is still a concern. CC RF has passed the GCHQ assessment but I do not know about the main Telefonica SIM. Unlikely but result could be whole system going CC RF which would also give better value for money.

Thanks for that Vas. Good figures considering their increase in costs and mark down in pricing. 10X earnings is good and their percentage of the market impressive. They have heavy reliance on smart meter revenue and gas meters. If they like CC as much as we think they do then income from that alone will be good.

Thanks for that Chianti, my mind was adrift. So of 2017 KEONICS I presume is out, leaving our partners GENUS and ITI. Wonder if there is any room for us there. I think JC would have said on that one.

I agree on this one ITT. It always fascinates me how one director can determine another directors pay. Also looking at both credentials, rather than blur the facts together why didn't itemise each CEO/ Director appointment as with a CV.

We need to let this next 3 - 6 months play out. I am fairly confident we will get a string of small RNS's to bolster our income/SP. There are a lot of opportunities out there, we have done majority of R&D for existing products and any production costs should be minimal due to it being software.

I think JC has got to go for salesman bully boy tactics. No more friendly nice guy, its his money as well as ours. Push hard, get the contracts, get more white label (for cash flow). Why do we not hear about the likes of ITI other than on this BB and are we in any extreme involved, likewise with EESL. JC has now got to bang the drum, with have a good product, JC says he has many contracts in progress, which I think he has so now Bangkok is out the way lets see some action. The whole world cannot be sitting on its hands.

You appear to me like a moving target, stop long enough to take a shot then off you go again, in this case never answering the question. As you know all there is to know about EESL you must know which company is meeting the standards for their meter design. You probably do, or if nobody just say it and save all the researching by the others. Saves time. 2cv it was obviously me who said £24bn I will look it up and get back to you. Hello 2cv.. That's the problem a comment is made along the way and Colour having no answer to a particular question regurgitates previous comments as a smoke screen. At present Colour says, probably correctly, that EESL got underway with rollout in Jan18. Others observations have been made that they are possibly breaking Indian law. It is quite likely that the meters and EESL are all lawful and above reproach but my question to Colour is are their meters meeting the Standards required, simple question. However Colour does not come back with the answer, he says he knows all re EESL, yet just says they work don't they and everybody is happy. Not the answer I was looking for.

Colour you now showing your true (poor word) colours. In the past you have always been on at people about 'just answer yes or no' . All I am asking re EESL is are they breaking the law in India. I do not know and presumably you do not know, otherwise you would have been all over it showing how clever you are. Say hello to the village people or doesn't your friend go there any more. We all know that rollouts is/are about to take place and you keep saying as a shareholder that CC are NOT involved, all I am asking is are you sure (proof would be nice) and now of course what is happening with KEONICS. Hello LTI.. Well that is what I presume JST was saying, get on with it and trim the ship. I think a lot will hang on SMETS2 for stability and Omnimesh for platform interoperability with IoT. There is a lot of mileage in CC.
Colour.. So has EESL acted unlawfully, if so Government will either have to change law or blackball them. Your interpretation of rules is, if it works then that's alright ain't it. Or you know they are complying through some other means and you are not prepared to say, an interesting scenario. Hello Vas.. Some good points but if they had wanted to they would have pulled out. You don't come all that way to a small AGM without having an intent, I was very surprised and would have missed my London meeting had I known. They are worth millions so CC is peanuts. No I think they see a valuable business that could shadow ARM and are not letting management slow the process.

Although no specifics.. I am looking for RNS's in coming 2 weeks after JST made forceful expressions. I would not mind betting that he will finance CC with loans to protect his interests and possibly get better agency concessions.
The pressure is now on and it could be CC has some contracts near to signing off (some being white label).

Thanks for that Chianti. It will be interesting to see what Colour makes of my 17:21. If he is correct and meters started going in Jan 18 then we have 3 options, EESL is breaking the law, CC is in with white label or another concern is supplying the Standard.
At this stage I am confused so answers on a postcard. It must be one of the above surely.

Just come in.. Colour, firstly do you know that there is no CC white label involved in current installations and if so who is, you seem very confident. Secondly like it or not it would appear that EESL is breaking Indian law. If CC and partners were doing so they would soon be told. So my question is are the meters that are being supplied breaking the law. As laid back as India is on occasions if anything goes wrong heads will roll. As I understand it this BB is well read in India so surely EESL have covered their own backsides and not just said that it does not matter its cheapest that counts.

And of course Genus Meters are involved. It would suit all concerned if the notspot problem, as we have, is covered quickly and cheaply.
