Well jake, you are from another world. You try to turn everything on its head. It said R&D costs for Omni had finished and monthly costs would be £560k/month and looking to be cash flow positive, that to me that means going into excess of £560k a month income inclusive of salaries otherwise we are all in the s***. If reduced R&D costs continue for other IoT reasons the fact is CC is heading towards breakeven ASAP, I think that is what cash positive means.
As a banker I would be most interested, sitting around the table BOD I would say well the idiots have done all of the hard work and shelled out the cash (thinking of stedon) now we will reap the profits.

I think that JC is picking up the pace. I read an article from Edison recently which will not link so picking the bones this is my interpretation. CyanConnode is RF, Smart Mesh, M2M. Saving costs and energy for Governments, businesses and utilities to manage services.
CC expect FY18 £4.7m, with operating losses to show a significant improvement.
CC provides installation training to customers.
Significant proportion is software sales with recurring revenues. Omnimesh development work complete and focused on becoming cash flow positive asap. With Omnimesh complete costs expected to reduce to £560k/month by Jan19.
Management expects FY19 revenue to be significantly higher than FY18.
New Omnimesh is doing well in India; Indore utility has seen significant improvements in billings and is increasing the quantity. I was pleased to read of the £25.7m SMETS2 contract only £1.8m was booked in previous years, so still to come.
The new Omnimesh is suitable for many IoT and is being offered in multiple markets by licencing.
This is purely my interpretation selecting the bits significant to me.We know most of this but JC is pushing it round the industry.
Although repetitive JC will probably cover in a newsletter.
To me at last things are underway and 2019 looks good.

jake, you are all moaning and not quoting facts because not many are available. Hopefully JC will put a stop to that with disclosures which will come with PR. I think Connode were balancing the books until they tried their luck in India. Our luck was picking up their IPv6 because times had once again changed and it was desperately needed. That would have been our death knell. Now we have that next Omni advancement 2019 should be productive.

woolley I appreciate that it is not just you, but mainly it's just you, lots of originals are still with Cyan(CC) and not moaning just hoping for a good outcome. It's you lot that do not see the upside in anything. Cyan has done well compared to Connode who went to the wall despite 800,000 connections. A difficult business for small trader. You lot put a few bob in and want to run the company, imagine being on the BOD but then you would have been talking it up.

Hello Seawolf.. Read the words, I only have one AIM share, I am mainly in FTSE100 and have done all sorts to share dealings. Anybody who puts their last penny in AIM is a mug.
You again are siding with the losers because you have lost. If you were new on the block with spare money you would be thinking shall I shan't I. Don't try to impress upon others your failures, you should have Averaged from the start, but that's life.
The continual ramping, as opposed to your lot's deramping, is because a last we are about to break the surface with our submarine.

Now that is a laugh stedon.. You joined Cyan way back,to make money, surely Camel Laird made you cautious never to be caught again. 2019 is the make or break year for CC. AIM is always risky but I am satisfied that with UK, Mysore, BI it is going to be a good year. Hopefully JC will give us an update soon on financial matters. If all goes well anybody coming in now is onto a big winner, even with just 10,000 shares.

woolley, if you want safe and secure go to FTSE100. If hard earned money is risked then you know the risk and many AIM companies fold. The ironic thing for you is anybody investing now could be on a winner but always a risk. Whereas many on here have will have some distance to go before a smile mojo.

Hello woolley.. Those words are very important. Cyan moved from semi-conductors to telecoms under JC so you can forget any of those early losses as new company. JC came from an established company saw the opportunities in India with the need to modernise but I don't think he foresaw the delays of Government in India. That's where most of the problems have occured India, Iran, Bangladesh etc then UK. You can't lay that on him and now as we seem to be getting to pay-dirt you want to reflect back to losses.

Hello jake.. I am definitely older than you. You heard JC say the KPIs dealt with. I was in the Public Sector and this is where this contract is originating. I cannot see your inference towards prize draw, CC has the contract so won the draw, the only minor risk is if CC does not work (well tested on that score) or contract cancelled, which is not going to happen and would get compensation. The upside beyond our 10% is that any fault occurring with SIMS would default to RF.
Pity we cannot see the contract but £11bn+ is going to be well scrutinized.

Hello jake.. It is obvious that you have never dealt with Government contracts. They are not exactly Gold Plated but are the next best thing and always have penalty clauses. So to be clear you have not got a clue. However as you are not on the books it does not really matter. At any one time you surely have more than 10 trades otherwise you are really wasting your time.
Tabby, hold tight, and if necessary give CC more thought in June. I think things will improve by then it just takes time for contracts to get underway but that's Governments. You want to try dealing with Parliament.
