Sorry , it is indeed a Presentation as you rightly state, it’s a presentation to potential and existing Investors, let’s hope it confirms progress and outlines future expectations.

Let’s hope they still have the reason and integrity for investment, I would doubt they would need to raise more cash so soon as last time was not so long ago.

The problem any broker would have is finding an investor willing to put money into a company that has continually failed to deliver on its promises , however I am hopeful that the BOD will have some good news next Thursday if it doesn’t they themselves will be answering questions to their integrity and wether they have mislead investors which will prompt accusations of Criminal offences by Directors of a Public Company. As I say I am hopeful of a positive meeting on 22nd.

VAL will probably run out of money and be bought out of Administration for Peanuts unless they come out with some significant news on 22nd. If there is nothing to give investors confidence going forward in the near future rather than a more Jam tomorrow prediction that we have had in the past then the days of Val are numbered.

The BOD : At the very least we should wait until 22/11 , we should be given an update on the present state and expectations for next year, if they fail to inspire or deliver then questions should be raised as to their integrity.

Withholding information that could effect the SP is also a Criminal Offence for Directors of a Public Companies. I am sure they are well aware of this.

I am sure the BOD are aware that giving misleading information or deceptive information is a Criminal Offence if found guilty it’s Prison sentences. If any disgruntled investor believes this to be the case then it should be reported to the Stock Exchange.

It would be reassuring to see an rns saying that talks/negotiations are continuing and when we can expect negotiations to culminate. It would probably help the capitalisation of the company which in turn would attract the investment that is needed to further progress other scientific developments.

22/11 should be an interesting day, hopefully prompting a turnaround in the SP

Would it be premature to think that Advanced Negotiations on a 401 Partnership Deal are not progressing or have ceased. Surely if negotiations had concluded then we could have expected an RNS, with the absence of an RNS we can only assume that talks are continuing, let’s hope an update is coming soon.

It may be worth bearing in mind, I am sure the BOD are aware that it is a criminal offence to mislead shareholders of a Public Company, it is a serious offence so serious they would most likely go to Prison. In this respect alone IMO I believe an announcement will be imminent .

How long are Advanced Negotiations going to last ? Surely Advanced Negotiations are the latter stage of Negotiations, it would not be unreasonable to assume that culminations are imminent unless of course terms cannot be agreed. The longer the market has to wait for an update it will only put further pressure on the share price. The Cash burn will also be an influence on the share price as further delays in an update on 401 , it is concerning that another cash call would not be as successful as the last , an announcement has to be imminent.

This has got to be one of the most exciting shares on AIM right now. IMO we can expect some bid news in the short term which will force a re rating , we can actually expect that we will be above 20p by the end of the year.

I saw this and I don’t blame Jeff for declining the interview the question line that the reporter deviated from the story line. It’s time a line was drawn under this now. I know there was widespread publicity to Persimmons bonus scheme which has since been capped. The reality that under Jeff’s stewardship profits and growth has been outstanding, and share holder returns impressive.

Relentless pressure on the NHS to drive down costs and increase efficiency can only be good news for VAL as its products will be cheaper and more effective than what patients are currently being prescribed, saving considerable amounts of money whilst increasing patient care.

It’s all starting to fall into place now, we can expect a major announcement soon regarding 401. It’s been a long time coming but it will be well worth it. The potential for these products in the fight against Cancer is enormous and as they come to fruition the sp will recover speedily in the not to distant future. This is a tremendously exiting time not just for investors but for Cancer Research too. VAL is entering a very exiting stage of business development .
