Ironically enough, VAL is one of the better opportunities on the AIM market right now as worries about the global financial situation deepen.

Sit tight, this is part of a Global sell off as Investors run for cover turning equities into cash. The well publicised predictions of a looming financial crisis are bearing fruit.

Equities are suffering worldwide as investors turn to cash , financial markets have the jitters because of a crisis building in Italys banking system which could trigger a worldwide financial meltdown worse than Leaman Brothers caused in 2008. Risky markets such as AIM are suffering more than others. We either sell or weather the storm and buy on weakness.

With financial markets filled with uncertainty to do with Brexit and more worryingly the impending financial crisis unfolding in Italy which will undoubtedly have serious implications for the EU and financial markets all over the world. A crisis three times worse the 2008 Crash caused by Leman Brothers and ten times worse than Greece. All higher risk shares are out of favour as private investors and fund managers seek safer investments or turn to cash. The risky AIM market is also under performing the market for the same reasons. All is not well out there.

The words taken of context maybe, unfortunately this may have a detrimental effect on the SP in the short term, forgive the pun. I think it’s more a signal to the Government to influence its decision for the government loan guarantee, as the projects potential could have a major effect on the local and national economy post Brexit.

An update on the 401 partnership deal must be imminent now. It’s obvious that the lack of news of a partnership deal means the BOD are still under the restrictions of an NDA. All the other boxes have been ticked now so it’s just a matter of time, I have a gut feeling that is going to be soon.

Must be due a re rating on this sort of report, share price is crazily low.

I would expect at a deal of the level expected the BOD will be subject to a NDA, until negotiations are completed we will not see an RNS regarding 401 so let’s hope negotiations are concluded sooner rather than later.

If mm’s reduced the sp spread it might encourage some buyers unless they are happier holding the stock meaning News of a deal is just around the corner.

1.6p and falling. At least they have been able to attract this investment even at a discount to market price, someone has been impressed with what they have. I can see a steady rise now from this level as 401 progresses to a money spinner. I am disappointed that this rns was not accompanied by an update on the negotiations with a 401 partner but this maybe subject to a nda . IMO this is a stonking buy now at this level.

With the absence of positive news then I can see the sp dropping on a daily basis. Half year figures are conspicuously not forthcoming . The expectations are waning and the prospect of positive news looking further away , the confidence in the expertise of the Engineers ability to deliver on budget on time now shot to pieces. I believe raising funding for Stage2 funding has just got an awful lot harder. I hope I am wrong but IMO this is how it looks.

In the absence of more information regarding a deal on 401 it is difficult how they could generate enough interest to support a Placing . In fact as the share price continues to fall what will be the incentive to persuade the case for extra investment ?

I thought yesterday’s RNS was positive and I was disappointed with the market reaction.

The ridiculous spread is stifling trade in these shares, neither encouraging sellers or buyers. They will drift off further with another extended run of no news. I had thought withe

It’s all about mitigating the risk, not just for shareholders but for the Bankers , it will be part of the due diligence procedure that contingencies are planned and allowed for at this stage. By thickening the tunnel wall it allows for Geological Challenges that may lay ahead.

My investment is not life changing if it floats or sinks, I have been in and out of this share since it’s inception, but I have always been impressed by how they have overcome the challenges set before them and what they have achieved against the odds with Professionalism and Transparency.

It’s not been a good week for VAL or SEE shareholders either.

Yesterdays RNS demonstrates the BOD’s diligence and transparency, there are risks as with all business and possibly more risk with a project such as this, however this risk is reflected in the share price and a risk we are all well aware of. Yesterday’s RNS mitigates some of that risk, the extra spend is necessary to reduce the Geological risks that may lay ahead . This contingency planning will have been done to Satify the Case for the Government Guarantee necessary to finalise Stage2 funding. The management have a very pragmatic approach which in time will reward shareholders. Yes this is a Jam tomorrow share, and I believe the expected positive news flow over the next 6 months will soon enable us to smell the Jam.
