There’s not a lot to see other than the tops of some very expensive looking equipment. Most of the site is not really viewable from the road. However if you remember what the site was like before the development started then you will see that a lot of difference and where some of the money has been spent to date.

On a Sirius note, the Pork Pie was lovely. Also there is plenty of activity at the Woodsmith Mine , Cranes and Shaft thingy me bobs dotted about. It all looks like a quality operation but we would not expect anything else from CF.

Heading up to Ruswarp this morning to pick up a Pork Pie from Jacksons Butchers (they are amazing Pork pies) will take a look at the Woodsmith site when I go past for a visual update. I will also go to Radfords Butchers in nearby Sleights for a Sunday Roast. (Also high quality butchers)
If your in the Whitby area or visiting the Woodsmith Mine then don’t go home without visiting both of these butchers. Truly amazing local Produce.
Trenchers, The Star in the Harbour and The Fisherman’s Wife are also great Restaurants in Whitby.

Your not on your own, I too struggled to find out what TORP was, all the usual acronyms for this were not relevant .
After resorting to admitting defeat I too asked this bulletin board and someone kindly gave me the answer. It’s like a weight lifted off my soldiers. IMO these shares could double in the next 12 months, short term they might drift if there is a lack of news. Good Luck

The demand for N, P2O5, and K2O is forecast to grow annually on average by 1.5, 2.2, and 2.4 percent respectively from 2015 to 2020. Over the next five years, the global capacity of the production of fertilizers, intermediates and raw materials is also expected to increase.

Could SEE technology be adapted to check if somebody is under the influence of alcohol or drugs ? It would therefore be useful in the workplace for instance for machine operatives as well as drivers.

Apple have successfully integrated facial recognition into the X Phone, we are to assume what that they will be looking at other applications and investing into research variations of this type of technology. If SEE are world leaders in DMS technology , then as Apple are developing a self driving car surely SEE could be a potential takeover target. I am assuming that Seeing Machines have worldwide patent protection.

There is a closed period of two months before a major or influential announcement when a Director is not allowed to buy shares.

It’s not time , it’s knowledge of an announcement or any type of deal that is likely to influence the share price.

It is unlikely Directors will be buying if they have knowledge of an impending announcement , that’s insider trading.
However if there are no materialistic announcements pending that would have an effect on the share price then they are free to trade but it has to be made public.

It’s too early to predict dividends, although I don’t disagree with some of the predictions. Bank funding will have strict dividend clauses scaled to the amount of borrowings, perhaps this will become apparent when ST2 funding details are announced , dividends will be easier to predict if and when this information is forthcoming. Everything is looking very positive, September & October should a couple of good months.

Look back to last August, 2 RNS’s relating to regulatory loan information, September, 7 RNS’s , including a trading update and various other good News which would have had a measured effect on the SP. You have to patience, all will be fine sailing through September with lots of great news in the pipeline. IMO.

This is only one example of transport applications where DMS will be adapted into all types of passenger transportation , which will be considered the norm in a couple of years. Take the recent take up by vehicle manufacturers of driver and passenger airbags, DMS is potentially bigger !

Unlikely that we will have an RNS before September, then BOOM !!

In business August is the hardest month to arrange a meeting, let alone finalise a deal. Half the working population is on holiday, it is the main holiday season coinciding with the long school holiday. On top of this many city analysts and traders are also on holiday so RNS’s often fall on deaf ears resulting in a smaller impact on SP. So let’s all have the patience to wait until September for a game changing RNS.

Last weeks announcement of a partnership arrangement with ADM,

“The Company's granulated POLY4 product will be produced by extracting polyhalite from its Woodsmith Mine, crushing and grinding the mineral and then granulating the resulting powder using a starch binder under a patented process.”

I took this to mean that a production plant will turn raw Polyhalite into a granular prill fertiliser, Poly 4 which will enhance its spread ability , ideally to 24 metres making it a more attractive fertilzer for the UK and European Markets. This also could give an opportunity for other nutrients to be blended in the formation process of the prill to satisfy other market opportunities over time targeting specific crop nutrition requirements .

Are the BOD due to meet with marker analysts this morning? It is usual for a plc to do this on results day, just with most of them on the other side of the world this may not be practical unless they video conference.
