Companies tend to avoid RNS’s in August as it accepted that most city traders are in Cornwall on holiday lessening the impact of good news. So deals and announcements could be delayed until September if possible to maximise sp reaction and market response to good news. It is however concerning that a promised update in July was not forthcoming although it does raise speculation that a deal is in the offing , all a bit cloak and dagger. The rapid growth of SEE into a Global Market Leader in a short space of time is very exciting and we can expect more announcements in the short term. The figures are typical of a company at this stage of development. I am expecting the markets will like it and the SP should react positively as PI’s clamber onto this Bandwagon for what could be an exiting ride. IMO

Does anybody remember Cube8 ? I had shares in this, it became a shell company I think and this was taken over by Valirx , I must have a one hell of a dilution of shares, I think I have my original Valirx share certificate from when it took over Cube8. Can anyone remember this far back ?

If there is no news soon I am getting out of this, I feel as if I’ve been led down the garden path a bit with half truths and false promises. I know it’s a jam tomorrow share but I am running out of tomorrow’s and VAL is running out of Jam.

Although Government Safety Regulation might change to include DMS technology , IMO the insistence of this will be led by the Insurance Industry even insisting on retro fitting in all Public Transport, including Taxis, Buses ,Trains, Trams & Aeroplanes , Cruise Ships and Passenger Ferries. The future is bright.

I never mentioned SEE technology, just that they were trialling Driver Monitoring Systems, no system chosen yet as it is undergoing trials probably with several different manufacturers Systems, it’s the fact a major manufacturer is under going trials with this technology with a date in mind of a roll out. So I disagree it is most definitely not insider trading merely passing on significant information.

It’s time for the BOD to come clean on the exact purposes for this, or face a shareholder revolt. The BOD need to update the shareholders before they can expect a vote for or against at the General Meeting.

We have more chance to make money backing England to win the World Cup, at least Gareth Southgate is not as secretive as Vals BOD who are disgracefully poor at keeping updated.

If you lived where I live , where a lot of Sirius Management live, you only have to see the smile on their faces and their confident persona to know that these guys have it almost in the bag. There are people letting houses out on five year deals to know that one way or another the mine is going ahead. Hotels and B&B’s have given 100% commitment to Occupancy over the 3 year build period to Sirius. IMO it’s steady as she goes , it’s definitely going to happen and every box has been ticked up to now. I see no reason why anything will change.
