TF,
it says "Ichor Medical Systems" and gives a San Diego address for the Company. I am pretty sure it is the right one are you sure Bermudashorts is looking are the right one ? There is also a "Ichor Systems"on Glassdoor but it has a different page and also and Ichor Therapeutics.
•Must be willing to travel to domestic and international clinical trial sites up to 30% of the time
•Prepare documentation and perform data entry necessary for clinical protocols
They said they are working together on the response. Maybe it is something to do with the audit trail of the manufacturing process ? On a more positive note (possibly clutching at straws) I have also found this which was posted 6 days ago.

Maybe it indicates that are close to the end of their FDA issues and they are staffing up for the trial ?
This is from employer review website - Glassdoor .... you can just google Ichor glassdoor .... note the date/ note the date of our issue with FDA .... note the last comment.
May give some insight as to what the issue with the FDA is.
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in San Diego, CA (US)
I worked at Ichor Medical Systems full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
Great technology, great people to work with on the team. Interesting challenges of being at a small company and finding creative solutions. Ability to be in charge of tasks that more senior engineers/managers would be at a larger company.
Cons
Most senior management did not listen to the way that things needed to be done no matter how many experts told him so. Resulted in the engineering department putting in 1.5 the hours of most people at the company. That's fine for some time or if everyone is on board. But that wasn't the case and it was a constant uphill battle.
Advice to Management
Listen to your employees have been at bigger companies and gone through FDA audits
Rat,
100K is decent but not spectacular and agreed that there are sometimes reasons why insiders are restricted. They certainly could have participated in placements but allowed themselves to be diluted. I see insider buying by key individuals as a positive you see it as neutral to negative ... so there we disagree.
apologies if it is out of date top of my screen shows May 2017 ... I stand corrected. Still not that recent and I still don't think it hurt. I think it is almost impossible to argue that seeing LD CH and others buying a bit of stock now and again would be anything other than positive.
Inan,
It looks like that trade was almost 2 years ago .... not my definition of recent.
Inan,
I dont know .... did it hurt ?
Ruck, yes that would be a fair assumption... I think in there lies a danger. She is the key asset and any deal with Biontech will be made or broken based on her demands. Given a relatively low shareholding she is more likely to favour a deal that puts higher weight on her future commitment and performance than on the value of her existing holding in SCLP and no one could blame her.
Ray, does not have to be RNS can also be Investor education events. So to answer you question another way do I want to have a better understanding of what is going on then the answer is yes ... If I had better insight in to opportunities and problems as viewed by management I may well want to commit more cash to SCLP. Managing the shareholders and keeping investors informed is part of good corporate governance.
C7, all they have given is they expect trial enrolment to start in 1H .... Given there will need to be some lead in to starting the trial we are getting down to the wire with respect to getting the FDA greenlight and getting us underway in time. We are now heading on for 4 months since the announced the delay we dont even know if they have provided answers to all the questions.... really not good enough.
Ruck,
I am not asking her to carry the finance of the company but her 20k ISA allowance is a no brainer and if this is going to go 10x to 100x (and she would know better then most) is not a lot to ask in my opinion.
Dilution is not relative you had 3% of a pie and now you have 2% .... I agree the value of that pie makes the absolute quantum somewhat relative.
I think it is perfectly reasonable to expect her to top up regularly especially when you have seen such a huge drop in the share-price. I dont think going on to her brokerage account and placing an order and filling a bit of paper work with the CS is going to hold her back from her work.
It takes some balls to have bought this morning... Well done to those that have done so. What I find a little odd and has put me off buying if it was easily dealt with a little tweak here or there I would be out in front of investors putting the case especially as its cum CR. So I suspect either they either are in complete shock and have no clue what to do or they know its not great and they dont want to front up.
LD has not added to her shareholding since 2013 and has been diluted at each placing .... we have had a lot of great new science since then you would think she would have wanted at very least not have been diluted.
You have to suspect a lot of the early selling was forced via the pledge on the AMP shares being enforced and it snowballed from there.
Commercial deals I understand, problems with a part of a submission to a public body I don't see any reason why that needs to be confidential. If it is so confidential why did they even identify where the problem was ?
I also go back to an old point that I know is not popular on this BB .... I want to see management and LD put some more skin in the game ..... they can at least use their annual ISA allowance to top up. The only acceptable excuse in my view for them not doing so is they are under blackout vis a via some type of corporate action. If it is good enough for C7 to average down then it is bloody well good enough for CH and LD et al.
What has kicked the chair from under MTFB are two issues that we are potentially facing and our BOD should be taking notes and learning lessons because it could be us. Although I accept the point that we have a number of shots on goal vs their one.
1) They need money and are going to raise (a case of a CR when you have to not when they could have)
2) It is incredible to me how little management of MTFB has done to be more specific about the issues with the FDA so a judgement can be made, other then a very basis RNS no follow up, no Proactive interview nothing. Our management has a similar tendency.
It is pretty bloody bad. Not only will MTFB fall but also be dilution via capital raise... AMP in no position to participate.
hmm .... not sure where the bid is going to come from for this one. Dont have a clear sense of where they go from here. POLX has some value but is going to need more cash and I am not sure it is even close to covering their debts after you take out MTFB.
