C7, please note my brackets in previous post .... you have been around the company a while how many no dilutive deals have they done it that period ?

C7, do you think it will be good enough news to move the share price?

TF, you have been around SCLP for a while .. you can cheer me up if you can show me the one occasion the BOD have been ahead of the game with respect to raising sufficient capital at a good price. A raise means you own less of all that great science unless you pony up again. Pretty dispiriting is it not ? We have paid to develop the 3 platforms and (outside a biontech deal) we will have give up say 30 or 40pct stake in them for peanuts. You can lay this directly at the feet of the BOD, a good board, a good Chairman are thinking many steps ahead. Our board is not doing this. By not getting this right the BOD is in effect taking big chunks of the economics from the science we all love and burning it. It is like not stocking in enough firewood and then when it is cold burning the furniture.

Science and patent all you like right now cashflow is all that matters and the board is caupable of putting us in a position where we may be raising when we have to not when it was optimal.

TF, that is one Immunology Science for each million of cash they have in the bank .... none of it is of any use until they sort out the funding .... what that is and what that looks like over the next 6 or so weeks determines a lot of things for the rest of the year. TF

If Biontech IPO is imminent they will not be doing a deal prior ....way too much work to rewrite the prospectus for something that is preclinical and given they already have an option it will not add anything meaningful to IPO valuation. If it is an IPO towards the end of the year then that might be a different story.

Still think most likely outcome is we need to put our hands in our pockets in the next 45 to 55 days for a keep the light on raise. Price of that raise .... no FDA green light between 4p and 5p .... FDA green light (difficult one to guess) between 6p and 8p.

I have very little faith in the board .... their overall deal making experience is pretty limited all minor league and VC type stuff ..... as for being surrounded by great deal making lawyers and accountants complete tosh .... they have just “upgraded” their auditor to BDO. There research provider is Trinity delta, they don’t have a CFO in a board position. Let’s not kid ourselves our advisors are little league .... not that that is inappropriate or unexpected for a 25m market cap company. In terms of advisors .. for the type and scale of the deal they would want to do with Biontech or another .... we will be at a significant disadvantage to the other side of the table ..... doesn’t me we can’t get a deal but probably means we don’t get a great deal.

Yes very positive for the longer term ..... probably means short term there is no imminent news on any price sensitive contract wins or anything else that may have restricted him. I have to say to date I have been impressed with Gulio.

I am always cordial, don’t see the point in insults and I don’t have a huge problem with anyone on the board.... but I do like to do lots and lots of research on many many things. So I stumbled on the Thai link to a number of our posters on the BB and from there lots individual details have know started to flow even down to things like Thai Cupid dating profiles.. You may have already been aware of these links but it was news to me and I was curious if it was news to the board as well ? There you go cards on the table.

C7, I will take your word re CHs sense of humor .... I suspect however you are right .... with a 225k pa salary he is certainly laughing all the way to the bank. And if he had anything to do with the last interim results headline put out on proactive investors " Scancell lauds another six months of progress" (I know for a fact that all releases on PI are approved by the respective companies) then I suspect he may have a very wicked sense of humor!

C7, if CH responds with anything other than a polite thank you it would be highly unprofessional.... I sincerely hope (and expect it to be the case) that is all you get from him or it would add weight to the doubts about his suitability for the job.

Ray, there is also SCIB2 trial. I agre they should not comment on the share price but if they were more visible and open just on general IR type stuff the joke about them having skipped the country would not as easily hit the mark.

Given the activity at Ichor (hiring, new website etc) I think we are close to a SCIB1 announcement. However absent any other deals the capital raise will come on the back of any share price strength.

We may have to negotiate an EGM before that.

Get some sleep if you can ... I have not gotten much tonight ... thankfully nothing worse than indigestion a self inflicted wound so I really cannot complain.

C7, Just looking for clarification from your earlier post. If that is the case its the first I knew about it .... it does not bother me one bit if you did or do (it is not the case before you ask) .... It seems to me it might be a bit unwarranted to get too bothered by someone else suggesting something similar about you. Anyway it seems that you are close to catharsis over the whole Knowlesi issue and hopefully we can restore you to an even keel and we can all carry on sailing forward.

C7, Agree to disagree on this one with respect to Knowlesi perceived rudeness but I confess to not having read all of your 35,000 posts so I apologize if I have missed any previous between you both. I am glad that you basically agree with some of Knowlesi's (and my) positions, I would note if that is the case then I think it is a bit hard to accuse him of serious negativity or deramping.

Congratulations on reaching your 35,000 post target by the way. It is a pretty big achievement just as a bit of trivia that averages out at a shade under 16 posts a day since you joined LSE. One for every waking hour !!!! I wish I had a fraction of your energy and commitment.

Keep your chin up C7 I really don't think Knowlesi means you any harm. Who knows maybe today is the day for some good news.

It does seem that an undue amount of time and effort has been put in to attacking Knowlesi and his only crime is to suggest we may need to raise capital and it will probably be at a discount to the prevailing shareprice, that we need more data to commercialize the science and that the BOD are not well aligned with shareholders.

Well if you have a problem with those views you have a problem with me as well as I agree with all of those positions and yet I am happy to hold the shares and expect in time to make a profit.

Knowlesi is welcome on this BB and his contributions are valuable, his views are moderate. C7 I know you feel you have been slighted in someway by Knowlesi, I don't see it but if that is how you feel then that is how you feel. What I would say is if you can cope with your laundry list of medical issues then I am pretty sure any slights on this BB are water of a ducks back in comparison.

I don't take it to seriously but I just found this and I thought this was fun .... although I am not sure of the methodology behind it. A few of our favourites make the top 100 !
